This was our puppy’s first bath/cut and Mike was awesome! Thorough, patient, and friendly. He listened to my requests and executed them flawlessly! And he was so good with our Lolli :) We will request Mike for all of our future grooming needs!

This place doesn’t deserve a one star. Customer service is horrible. They treat you like you’re an idiot. They think they are experts which they are not. This is a beginner pet store. They act like anyone that shops there are new pet owners. Which again is not true. Don’t bug crickets from this place either. They are no good. You ask for a certain amount and they will give you triple that amount. You explain how bad it is for your animal and they tell you that they are the experts. Bunch of wanna be pet handlers there. Fish are dead in tanks as well

There is a lady who works there with short hair and glasses in the evenings and she is consistent Rude and aggressive. I'm not sure why she finds the need to talk to people so meanly and down. But I've had it. She spoke rudely to me in front of my child after having done it to me by myself twice just because I'm asking questions, which is her job. This woman has no business working near children or animals. Not going back even though it's only 1 minute from my house. All drive all the way to the one by Wadsworth and I 70 or up by church ranch road rather than ever. Give this woman the opportunity to be so mean again, especially in front of my child who's usually excited and happy when we were at Petco.

I had gone in looking for something, but I had to use the restroom. It turns out this place has closed down its restrooms to the public. I took my business elsewhere that doesn't block customers from a very basic need. Not having a public restroom is a form of discrimination against people with medical issues and the elderly. This is a horrible business that doesn't care about its customers and I would tell you to go elsewhere.

Cashiers were nice and welcoming when we walked in. One of my dogs went to the bathroom in the store. They offered to clean it up but I declined. It was nice they offered. I came in today to get some treats from the treat bar. 1lb of two different flavors. Turkey treats and ginger bear treats. Filled over 2 quart jars. Until next time.

Very neat and clean store. Some products are difficult to find, but the employees are always very helpful. I came for stool eating preventive for my puppy. I needed help finding it, as it was at floor level and in an odd place, but the price wasn't too bad. $15 for a two month supply.

Waste of time when looking for a dog backup collar and/or Halti — would recommend going elsewhere. Writing this in the hopes it saves someone else time! Extremely limited inventory across the board, and the store was pretty chaotic. Associate said they were in the middle of restocking and in a few weeks it would be better. Then asked associate if they had a Halti in a size 4. She pointed me in the direction of easy walk harnesses (Halti is for head, harness is for body) so limited knowledge regarding differences in leashes/training equipment. Everyone in the store was very friendly and kind but if you’re looking for a high quality experience with inventory options and a knowledgeable staff, this Petco is not it.
