I have been coming here for a few years now, and today I met the nicest man named John, he was so kind and genuinely made my day by helping me. Recently found out I was pregnant and I had a coupon for dog food since we are low on money and I had the wrong coupon and he helped me anyway. It’s kindness like that, that gives me hope for the world. Thank you John.

Decent store, but I feel like my rewards aren't what they used to be. I literally only buy dog food from them. Also, that one old lady at the register erks me. Her first words are "phone number?!?!?!?" Like dang can I get a hi or something. I'll take a sup at this point

Our dog was traumatized here. She had many grooming experiences up until her appointment here at other PetSmarts and professional groomers and never had a problem. However, since this visit she cowers when we pull up to our local PetSmart and when dropped off for a grooming appointment was absolutely terrified. Not only did they traumatize our dog, they butchered her hair. We asked for a trim and they shaved her down fully. They called to tell us that they would have to shave any matted areas, but that they were able to brush everything out just fine. Nevertheless, they shaved her down with their smallest clippers, despite not having any matting. And then, when I asked about why her nails were still so sharp, they said we should have purchased the nail grind. We did. It seems they forgot everything we paid for and asked for. This process took them 5 hours. Shameful. And, to top it all off, the place smelled absolutely awful and looked gross. Our dog didn't come home smelling bathed, she smelled like urine and ammonia. We should have seen the red flegs immediately and walked out. Go ANYWHERE else.

Unbelievably poor experience. The salon was overcrowded, disgusting (hair and dander in the air and over every surface), smelled of urine and poop (which she smelled of upon return), they did not provide all services paid for, and butchered our dog’s hair (shaving her in spite of discussing NOT doing so and leaving full on bald spots across her body) — all after taking 5 hours on our tiny, 9 lbs dog. Our dog who had gone through grooming training and was the star of every groomer prior to this is now completely terrified of groomers and took 2 weeks to even let us brush her without whimpering and hiding. We almost turned around as soon as we walked in and we deeply regret not doing so, as we will be paying for this for many months to come in retraining. Save you and your dog the pain and go literally anywhere else.

Amanda the manager here saved my rear-end. Their website is horrific for ordering prescription dog food for pick up. They do not tell you it may take up to 7 days to verify the prescription (which I have a copy of) until after you've bought it. You buy it in store you show the prescription and Bob's your uncle, done. WHT the website needs to verify something you can just show is nonsense. No script, no dog food, simple. Amanda felt my frustration and came up with a solution. She deserves a raise as she is the only reason I will continue to buy my $145.00 bags of dog food from here.

On Saturday the 29th at 5 pm, I took my dog ​​Bruno to Bath & Full Haircut Groomer with Maddy T. We showed her a photo of how we wanted his hair cut. we asked her to do it as a typical schnauzer cut. The girl told us that since the part of his snout had some knots that she would have to cut, I was fine with that. But when I came to pick up Bruno, it was completely the opposite of what I had requested. The cut was horrible. She shaved literally everything, eyebrows, eyelashes, everything on his body!!! Then, she told us that she couldn't cut his nails. which also left me unsatisfied. I felt so frustrated.

the friendliest staff, always genuinely ask about my pet, and always willing to help me find things i need. the con is that when they have the adorable adoptable kittens, it is so hard to not leave with one.

Nuce surprising friendliness from the staff, given the store location. I was super excited to find the Large dog ball throwing sticks in stock! I haven't been able to locate the large size for months in So TX or online.

I will never take my dogs to get their nails trimmed again at this location. I paid for a nail trim AND grind and it doesn’t even look like they touched his nails. They claimed they went as short as possible but other places have gone half this length with no problem. Do not waste your money on a nail trim.

My little ones looove coming to Petsmart. They always have little treats and toys that put a smile on my pups' faces. The Parker, CO location is great with nail trims, and the staff gets me in for a walk-in appointment immediately.
