I love this location. I take my dog here for training (Erin is so wonderful), and to get groomed (Jack has groomed him twice now). My dog is a big boy with lots of energy, and they have shown nothing but love and patience with him. I also have a bearded dragon, and the employees I’ve spoken to are very knowledgeable about beardies. Highly recommend this location!

I have never had any problems with grooming my dog at any Petco location, until now. I have a long haired dog, and honestly it doesn’t look like he was trimmed by a professional. He has an itchy eye (which never happened) and his paws are hurtful to the eyes. And I had to trim some “crazy” hair that was left behind. They asked for the tip BEFORE handling him to me, and the total was $97 for a bad service. Besides, the person that charged and delivered my dog wasn’t the same grooming stylist I talked with. So be aware and get your dog before payment.

A very clean store with loads of options and services. With that said, it was sad to find one that is one dog safety belt in the whole store. Seriously, no one looks for seatbelts to belt in their dogs. I certainly dont believe that. It was a real disapoointmentbas I was traveling across the state with two dogs.

I prefer petsmart. It's annoying how they move products around on a regular basis. Seems like what i want for dog food is always being moved to a different aisle. And I don't understand why a big box pet store isn't the cheapest place for pet supplies in general. I find most treats we tend to give our dog are cheaper at the grocery store than here. 🤷

Available for Adoption Small Pets: There are so many beautiful pet domestic Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, sweet little mice, teddy bear hamsters, and gerbils that need to be adopted from Dumb Friends League in Denver, Colorado. All these animals are at the shelter now for adoption and need homes desperately. PLEASE help them find homes instead of selling more at Petco. Please partner with Dumb Friends League in Denver, CO to help these pets find home as your priority.

I went there to get help with my new fish tank, and their employees act as if they don't want to help out customers! I finally got one to help me ! The other one kept ignoring me, every time I tried to get their attention they would walk off and act like I wasn't there! I guess I wasn't the right color person to help! They were helping others!?!? Petco is the worst pet store I have ever been to? I won't be returning anytime soon? I don't care what location I go to it's always a bad experience! Enough is enough!

I can't say enough good things about Terren, who is a talented groomer and a genuinely caring person. He has been so kind to our family in the wake of our little dog's death and continues to care for our big dog. It always brightens our day to see Terren!

We come to this location when it’s time for our dog to get a hair cut. However, every time we go, the associate checking us out never tells us how much cash rewards we have to save money. Makes me wonder if they get some sort of commission and are more worried about that then the customer saving money.

I had booked an appointment a week in advance to be told upon arriving I was unable to be seen. Due to my dog having an allergic in the past. When I walked in there were at least six employees sitting around doing nothing from wat i could gather. Terrible service i would never go back there for vet serives or to shop. like why couldn't any of you give me a courtesy call prior to me arriving here. I was told it's on the website clearly stated. well clearly I didn't see it because I clearly wouldn't have came in here to waste my time clearly.

UPDATE: THE MANAGER HAD MY ACCOUNT FLAGGED BLOCKING ME FROM MAKING APPOINTMENTS ONLINE. PERHAPS IT'S TIME TO SWITCH MY VITALCARE PREMIER TO A PETSMART PROGRAM!!! I had a grooming appointment at 10 AM on 5/26/23. At 9:05, an employeee called and claimed I was late for my 9 AM appointment. I informed him that my appointment was for 10 AM. He insisted it was for 9 AM. When I asked if I could still bring my dog in, he said I could but there was no guarantee how long they would have her or that they could get to her at all. I ended the call. At 9:07, I received an email thanking me for changing my appointment to 9 AM. If this groomer needed the day off, he should have called in sick not manipulated my account to suit his wants.
