William is the happy go lucky guy. My kid's love playing with him, and he just goes with the flow. He has been over helpful. I'm not used to it, but he helps us with our fish and helps us start a new gecko tank. William and the lady that is usually over by fish are sooo nice. They go beyond what customer service is now day's
I bought two kittens from them about a month ago, great service, nice people, friendly funny. However, I bought sick kitties. One a carrier of ringworm and the other with a bad pink eye infection, they both ended up getting each other’s sicknesses. Of course always be aware of these things when buying from petco, petsmart ect… I don’t regret buying my kitties I love them so, but I just wishI knew they were sick so I would be able to take care of them a little less blindsidedly.
I have gotten to know a very helpful associate at this store. His name is Wes and he does a tremendous job!

Been in quite a few locations and this one just felt different. Cleanest and healthiest live fish area I have seen in a while.

Katy the “manager” just shamed me for not donating to shelter pets. Disgusting human. I donate directly to shelters of my choosing. I have adopted ALL of my pets from shelters. Katy needs a new job.

Was told to walk away from the front door while I was finishing a cigarette. Door was locked in my face. Worker gave me a nasty smirk as I got in my car. Now driving 15 minutes away to get my dogs food. Planning on always driving 15 minutes away from now on after that experience. Would not recommend. Prices too high anyway. (To whom it may concern, employee was a younger woman with a Mohawk haircut.) (Can't comment on the company's response, so adding it to the original post...) I appreciate your worries, but having read other 1* reviews, I'll say that your store needs more than good will. It needs folks who care! I don't intend on ever using your company again, anywhere, nationwide. I wish you well, but your team overall sucks. Good luck, and happy 4th!!!

Took good care of our puppy. Took him in to get shots they explained alot to us about having a husky.

I went to petco today wanted to buy a cute little bearded dragon. Link was very helpful really knew her reptiles and their personalities. She seems to really care about the animals and that made me very happy and confident to get my little beardy from her. She answered all of my questions. I took a look at some other petco’s before making my decision. I ultimately came back to buy the one where Link worked. Out of all the petcos I visited she was the most helpful and the animals looked the most healthy here. Thank you!
