The folks who manage the Pet Hotel at this location were so great! Our kitty, in particular, can take awhile to get used to a new space, but they were so patient with him and he was at home in no time. The staff were so thorough, too, in asking questions to make sure our pets stayed comfy during their visit. I would definitely bring our pets back here.

I am very sad and disappointed to be leaving a negative review. When Julia was working here, I was very happy with the grooming services to the point I quit my old groomer to continue getting my Malamute groomed here. Since Julia has left, it has been increasingly difficult trying to call and schedule an appointment. Called 3x and got hung up on each time. I had no choice to try and book myself online. I made sure to double check it was the same service I have always received. I even called and double checked to see if the appointment was scheduled and correct 2 days before. 20 minutes into my Malamutea appointment today, I get a call that they are refusing to complete the service and to pick up her and she will need rescheduled. I speak with the manager and they say it's my fault for booking with a bather, even though I booked a bath, cut, and Furminator appointment so a person who can cut had to be available for the appointment I booked. They then tried to throw the short staff excuse with me (guess what we are all short staffed but we still have to get the job done that we are assigned and we're scheduled for). I asked to be rescheduled because it was just a bunch of excuses that weren't adding up as to why they couldn't complete the service. They promise to schedule me next day at 20% discount and then come back on the phone and say I have to wait 4 weeks. Even though it was their mess up and decision to refuse to finish, they wouldn't make it a priority and said Id have to be back at the line. I was extremely frustrated with how completely unprofessional this was and that my dog didn't get the care or the service she needed. Train your staff better and make sure you can do what you were scheduled to do. Everyone has too.

My son used to work here, and my daughter-in-law still does. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My daughter-in-law grooms dogs there and does a good job. We go to PetSmart every time we come to Ft. Collins.

We just happen to stop in and found that it was adoption day! We absolutely support how organized the staff were. It was a very clean and well stocked location. It didn’t take long to find our dogs digestive brand food. The staff at checkout was great as well! The gentleman offered a dog treat if the puppy parents were okay with it. I found that to be very thought out and smart. I love that he asked. Then it came to us, though we didn’t bring our furry son with us, the man was kind and thorough. And what a convenient store location also. See you all soon

My sister loves this place! It's great for seeing (and adopting) adorable and lovely animals! We got our kitten here a few weeks ago from here, and we've never been happier!

Decent place, lots of product and shelves seem to stay stocked. It did take them months to get a refrigerated pet food unit fixed but not sure that was them. Store feels dirty even when shelves and animal displays are clean. The floor makes this store feel dirty even when it's not. Not necessary to update but what I've noticed when I enter. Also not enough employees working registers during busy times of day. Might want to work on a system to remedy as long lines seem to stress some customers pets. (Not mine I don't shop with my pet) employees are usually friendly and helpful but have had a couple instances where they were not at all, even times when I've helped another customer because the employee couldn't be bothered...

The fish department crew was honestly informative and impressive in their help. Blaze really knows the fish inside and out and it showed. Gave us several great tips on care and made sure to help us get exactly what we wanted. Thanks for doing it right Blaze!

This Fort Collins college avenue location is the most inflexible grooming department of any PetSmart as well as Petco I’ve ever tried to do business with. 20 minutes late to a grooming appointment should not require rescheduling for another day. Do better PetSmart

Grooming department is filled with rude, unhelpful, and incompetent people. I love that I was completely lied to about a grooming appointment I booked over the phone with them several weeks prior, only to show up on said date and be told they have no record of my appointment.. as if I just dreamt up this specific date and time with Derrick?? Wouldn’t work with me at all to try and squeeze my dog in at some point today, even though I’ve been coming here for years and despite the fact that they had clearly fumbled the bag on this one. I won’t be coming back. Thanks again petsmart, now I’ll be waiting another 3-4 weeks to get my dog groomed since everyone is booked up this time of year.

I took my two goldendoodles into the salon today for a haircut. I asked that they keep their heads shaped the way it was when we went in, just take a little length off it. They gave me back Labs! My dogs no longer look like doodles. I’m extremely upset! I’m attaching pictures of before and after - please don’t make them same mistake I did in using this salon!
