Safeway Pharmacy

I moved here from CVS, and I'm so happy I did. I've had nothing but good experiences w staff pharmacist and getting my medicine. Let's face it, meds are expensive, and insurances are hard to decipher...at least interactions I have here seem to work. Hope you have a similar experience.

This facility is often slow, but today it is 15 minutes late opening. The tech said she needed to log in to a computer. Odd because she's working on a computer.

I use to go to another neighborhood grocery pharmacy, Safeway employees are always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help.

They n Ed to hire more competent people. It is the slowest pharmacy I have ever used. Takes 2 days for a prescription when Dr calls it in. Order online and same thing. Takes FOREVER for technicians to check you out. I’m in line now with 6 people. Taking over 5 minutes for each so far.

Great customer service and friendly staff. And I didn't wait long for my prescription

Just go elsewhere. They take forever and never have meds filled on time. When you call to get a hold of someone, they just keep you on an indefinite hold. Don’t waste your time.

Melanie and her colleagues have been our pharmacists for 20 years and have been outstanding. Whether it's finding an obscure medication or making sure a doctor's office issues a prompt refill, the staff here has been amazing. We've been forced by insurers to move most business to another pharmacy, but we will always appreciate the excellent and caring support we received here.

Seriously need to hire more people, I’ve never waited less than 20 minutes in the line and yet I’ve never been more than 2-3 people back in line. I’m sure the two employees that do work here do a fine job but the wait time is ridiculous and completely unnecessary

Where's Melanie Ever since the OG pharmacists left, it's been a mess. They are out of inhalers right now, INHALERS. And the lady lied saying they'd be in today and they aren't even being shipped today. How do you run out of things like that? Seems like something you guys should definitely be on top of. Never had this issue before with Melanie or anyone else from before. And now Everytime I go to pick something up it takes FOREVER to get. Seems like all organization went out the window. Idk what's going on but y'all need to get it together.

The staff is very nice and always asked about my family. Gives a since of small town that cares.
