I have yet to fill a Rx here and already the customer service I’ve received has been refreshing and totally amazing!!! Rocky has gone above and beyond- Thank you for caring so much and helping me out with everything:)
We have been coming here for years. The staff is wonderful, and I have never had any problems. They work really hard and have great attitudes. Also, some really good deals on GoodRX through this pharmacy.
Terrible. Used to be great, lived in the area for 30 years. Last 5 or so it has gone downhill. Put in special requests 3x's, they take my number to call when it comes in, never ordered. Have gone elsewhere for that. Recently had an Rx transferred from another Safeway pharmacy. This one filled it. Now they have no record of it. How does that even happen? Have to get my Dr. involved again, meanwhile I'm without my meds now. Dangerous.
I have been going to this Pharmacy for years I don't know if it is a new pharmacist or what but they never have the scripts ready. You always have to wait hours or days. It was never like this a few years ago. Something changed at this location I am changing to Monument Co. Safeway.
We have been using this pharmacy for 4 years now. We transferred all of our monthly prescriptions to this location. It is now our exclusive go-to. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and extremely helpful! For ten years, I have been looking for a pharmacy that is compassionate and empathetic towards their customers. This is the one, finally. They are consistently helpful if a situation arises between insurance companies or prescribing doctors. It can be very stressful to deal with either of these things, and I am so grateful to the staff here for the numerous times they have stepped in to assist us with matters pertaining to such issues. Thank you. Please continue your kind professionalism. I will continue referring people here.
Pharmacy is terrible!! 2nd month in a row that a prescription has just been pending because the insurance would not cover it. You think after last month when I had them run it as cash they would have figured it out and did the same thing. Nope and do they call you, no you have to call them. I called again this month and after being placed on a long hold, I said please run it cash and the pharmacist Carie said fine then hung up. Hello I was not done, what happened to customer service.
Without exception, this team has treated me with respect, dignity and courtesy. I’ve watched people perform poorly towards them and their response and explanations have always been as gracious and courteous as possible. I suggest the patrons remember that their anger and lashing out doesn’t create fixes. Work within the system. Wonderful people doing wonderful work for us! You’re so appreciated, Bill
This pharmacy is the absolute worse! These people are so rude and disrespectful!!!
OMG, I have yet to meet someone who works here who doesn't have an attitude problem. They are Slower than Molasses!!! Change your RX to somewhere else now!
Yet another worthless Safeway pharmacy that can’t have your prescription ready days late, and acts like it’s your fault for not calling ahead after the gave you a pickup time they couldn’t keep.
