Walgreens Pharmacy

Staff is always nice and helpful, many have become staples to the store and are a wonderful friendly addition to any day. Pharmacy is always willing to answer questions and go the extra mile.

First going in to pick up meds and being told that I can do it the following day they will be ready. Wait in the pick up line for 45 minutes to be told that the pharmacist has not approved it yet. I begin to tell this young lady what I was told yesterday. And she tells me that I am a liar and that no one would tell me that they would be ready tomorrow. And that I can come back and pick it up at 530pm. Unprofessional.

Pharmacy was very helpful. It’s been difficult to find certain meds and their communication on stock has been wonderful.

This Walgreens pharmacy is poor in communicating. My doctor gave me a physical prescription and I gave it to Walgreens. They refused to give me my medication due to “it being too strong” and they had to call my doctor. Given my doctor (like most doctors) is busy throughout the day was not able to contact them right away. I had to make multiple calls back and forth. It wasn’t until about 2.5 hours that I was able to get my medication.The medication I needed was a pain medication (which was needed urgently) for my post-surgery. Due to Walgreens refusing to give me my prescription because “they had to speak to my doctor” and opposed to just trusting my doctor’s prescription note (WITH HIS SIGNATURE ON IT), I had to deal with the pain. I recommend trying any pharmacy BUT THIS ONE. It will save you time and hassle.

I've been going to this store for years with kind people. But thanks to Kathy I will make sure no one I know im the area goes here any longer. The photo counter asked my name three times and I spelled it for them the first time hold on the first letter the second time. When he asked the fourth time I spelled it out slowly as I was frustrated. Then Kathy decided to become rude with me I told her she was being rude and she said I think you were being rude. I told her I was simply frustrated at having to say my name so many times after spelling it and she said we would have asked you to spell it

The website for this location clearly says, “no appointment needed, walk-ins accepted for COVID vaccine.” When we went to the pharmacy today to get ours, the girl at the counter informed us that they don’t accept walk-ins, appointments are required. She said it it due to high demand, however there was not a single other customer waiting or even in the pharmacy. Place was empty. Seems they just don’t feel like giving the vaccine.

The pharmacy wait time is very long and makes accessing medication truly challenging.

Hours here are a joke for a pharmacy. I'll take my money to walmart or better houred store. NOT HAPPY.
