Safeway Pharmacy

I love my new pharmacy! The pharmacists at Safeway W. Eisenhower seem genuinely interested in helping their patients. I have never gotten such good service at a pharmacy before. They remember my name when I come in. They process orders quickly and work with me when a doctor is working slowly on prescription refill information. They called me a few days after I picked up some meds just to see how I'm feeling. I highly suggest the pharmacy team here!

Have never had a visit here without something being very wrong. Employees make a lot of errors & are not helpful with fixing them. Have had issues where they didn't run insurance; was told they could fix it and then went in and was told it would be "easier" to do it myself and contact the insurance company. Have had presciptions sent or refilled without needing or wanting them, meanwhile they take forever to fill ones you actually need.

Very helpful folks in this pharmacy.
