I am from the prescribing doctor's office and I called in to fill a prescription and when I got to a human and told them what I wanted she sent me to the voicemail. This makes no sense on why she couldn't take the prescription. Crummy customer service.
I had a wonderful experience getting my COVID vaccine here! The staff was extremely kind and helpful! The guy who gave me my shot was awesome! Super quick and easy process!!!
Not really a person to write a review but, I’ve tried to call this pharmacy twice and both times the customer service was horrible. I was completely ignored by Tiffany when I was trying to explain to her my problem and she just kept on talking over me. Very very rude and never going there to pick up my medication.
In 5 yrs I have never had any issues with the pharmacy at this Walmart. My meds have been filled rather quickly. The staff has always been nice
Great customer service! Very patient with us when names on our not the same on insurance and Dr records. They have gone out of their way to get the best price for us. Never long wait like other places.
I have used this pharmacy for 14 years and have never had anything go wrong. Any potential issues that could get in the way are handled by the pharmacists. I have used Walgreens, Safeway, King Soopers who are horrible, and once at Rite Aid. They couldn't come close to the service I receive in this particular pharmacy. Stacy and Mohamed, the main pharmacists always have my back, always. I feel confident and safe with their care. If they are out of or don't carry what my doctors want, they make sure it's transferred to a pharmacy that does. I think the key here is to be patient, to be respectful of what they are dealing with goes a long way. The supporting staff works their butt off for basically nothing but still do their best to take care of the patients.
Used this place for years with only a few hiccups. That changed when 1 of my Rx was shorted a pill,. Couple months later same Rx missing 2 pills, couple months same again. Complaints fell on deaf ears that told me I was counting wrongly. So why was I also running out early on this one pill only and all my others were fine? Clincher was this summer when I received a Rx of this same drug and discovered it was missing 6 pills out of 30 this time! Always this same drug...... Changed pharmacies and no more shortages. Problem solved!
Got ignored after they tried looking up the wrong name. Went in, gave the name. He heard wrong so I corrected him. Brought up a picture with the order number on it and both the techs left me standing there without saying anything. I stood there at the counter until I was sure both of them weren't helping me with my problem, unless they threw my order away and that's why they were collecting trash. This was after coming back in due to them closing the pharmacy 22 minutes earlier a night prior with no notification of closing early that day. I really hope anyone who needs medicine in a timely manner goes to any other pharmacy than this Wal-Mart.
Never try to get a prescription here. Terrible customer service. Despite not listing it on their website, they are closed for several hours mid-day for "lunch". Why they don't take lunch on shifts and stay open is beyond me. Additionally, they are incredibly rude and totally stupid.
I find the entire pharmacy staff to be extremely friendly and helpful and their automated refill system to be very efficient and user friendly!
