Jaclyn went above and beyond and staff was great to handle getting my wife's emergency prescription needs handled when I could not even get a phone response from any other cvs within a 7 mile radius of thornton area. E 120th ave location booted me from phone hold 5 TIMES!! This is your best bet for a responsive and friendly CVS in this area. We are here on travel from FL and ready to switch an emergency transfer script to Walgreens but this location came thru! Thank You!! Staff is great.

The pharmacist was very helpful and took the time to explain the possible drug interactions, her advice was exactly what I needed to be able to talk to my doctor about my symptoms.

Amazing - had a booster appointment scheduled for myself. Wanted to make sure it was available called - they answered the phone and confirmed “yes” and were very nice. A lot of these pharmacies refuse to answer their phones even if it’s a simple question but I was so impressed they took the time to actually answer a customers question via the phone. Thank you!

I'm always surprised with how quickly my prescriptions are filled! I switched from the local Walgreen after too many mistakes with taking 24 hours to fill simple prescriptions or just forgetting to do so for 4 days and denying that I had a prescription. I'm pretty happy with the automation of CVS and efficiency of the staff.

Awful customer service and absolutely terrible manners here. They have zero understanding when you start to ask questions about when a particular prescription might arrive because, you know, people might need to be taking them daily and they sound annoyed to be interacting with customers. My partner was hung up on by the pharmacy tech, and then also hung up on by the pharmacy manager. Completely unreal behavior from customer facing employees to customers simply asking for more information. We're absolutely reporting them to CVS corporate for their disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. Fill your scripts elsewhere, they clearly don't want your business...or any business for that matter.

I have noticed that this particular pharmacy does not contact the physicians office, therefore the customer is expected to contact their providers office for clarifications and renewals, as well as generic substituted. This has happened twice, and another customer told me he too was given this same directive. My prescription item was also not available, therefore I had to drive to another CVS. That CVS had my order available, and assured me that they would contact my providers office should it be warranted.

I’ve gone here four times for a prescription and there have been issues every single time. If you rely on taking your medications regularly absolutely do NOT use this pharmacy. I get texts that medications are ready and then when I come they say I’m out of refills and I don’t have anything ready. They do not have the competence to care about your health or your time.

I have been loyal to CVS since 2006 in AZ. We moved to CO in 2017. Our experience at this location is terrible! They are extremely understaffed, there are always lines and they are blocking the Target retail clients from easily reaching the merchandise in the isles. You can't through to them on the phone. I DO NOT BLAME THE FRONT LINE STAFF! This has to be a corporate/upper management issue. I am terrified to think that they are involved with the Covid 19 vaccination roll out. If they can't efficiently take care of their most basic prescription customers they have no business being involved in something bigger! Walgreens with their friendly staff and drive up is just across the street.

Nothing is easy at this pharmacy. The staff have to complain or undermine the simplest of requests before even trying and information is inconsistent. I don't know if the problems arise from laziness or a desire for drama but the experience is exhausting. After 4 separate attempts to use thise pharmacy, I feel confident telling others to look elsewhere.
