"Extremely rude technician."
"Extremely slow service, they really don't have any interest in helping you."
Extremely rude technician. Female very short and rude when call was only to ask if prescription was ready. Was also rude to partner who tried to pick up Update: now that just ignore customers
I recently moved over from Kings. I am especially impressed with the personal experience given and the great customer service! The female manager at the 104th and Colorado location was a very nice and warm person to deal with. Way better than where I was at.
Not terrible service just extremely slow. And they close earlier then they're supposed to. But I guess their DM doesn't care.
Extremely slow service, they really don't have any interest in helping you. They purposefully hang up their phones as you call in (I called while waiting in line to watch a pharmacist pick up and immediately hang up the phone). No matter what time of day you visit it takes 15-25 minutes to pick up a prescription. Do bother.
They are always great. They greet me by name when I walk up. The pharmacist is always willing to answer me questions and help with anything I need. Thank you for the great customer service.
This pharmacy was very rude and disrespectful. I was calling in regards to a status on a prescription, and the person I talked to was so rude and gave me an attitude and acted as if I was an inconvenience to her day. I was being polite the entire time, and then she hung up on me. I don't know who this person was but they need to be taught better manners when it comes to talking to customers who just have questions and who help with clarification.
I have nothing but good things to say about this pharmacy. I come here often to have my dogs seizure meds refilled, and the staff have always been very friendly to me and have worked with me to get the scripts refilled as quickly as possible. They have been much easier to work with than the Walgreens I used to go to on 104th. I’m happy to drive the extra 15 mins to get my prescriptions. Thank you!
I have been coming to this pharmacy for years followed them from 88th and Washington, 30yrs ago) and have driving the distance because I love the pharmacist they are very friendly and kind. However they have hired someone new. Dont know her name because she didn't have her vest on or name tag everytime I go. But she is so rude and disrespectful not only to me but to others as well and not just on one occasion. I feel if this continues I will find another pharmacy to go to.
This is the single pharmacy in the area where I have been treated with dignity and respect each time I've come in over the years. While it is relatively small-- especially when compared to the chain pharmacies/drug stores-- that is also what makes this location feel more personal. The staff has gone above and beyond to ensure I could fill a prescription despite hitting a snag with my insurance-- the competitor I visited first ran into the same issue, but failed to contact me, then just disregarded everything until I followed up. These folks, however, took the time to work through the issue; it speaks volumes when people are willing to perform the tasks relative to the job for which they are paid. If you're looking for a "smaller feel," and consistent, helpful, personal service-- I highly recommend them!
Staff at the pharmacy will just look at you and not even say "We'll be with you in a moment". Stood there at the pickup register for 10 minutes with the staff just ignoring and not even making eye contact.
