DO NOT surrender any animals you love to this store. Yesterday my 18 year old son called me all upset because he had just surrendered his spotted gecko, Randall to this store. My son is moving to Florida Wednesday to take care of his grandparents and according to Florida law, it is illegal for him to bring Randall, so he was doing what he thought was the responsible thing to do. I asked him if he had asked his older sister if she wanted Randall. In the rush of getting everything ready to move, he had not thought of asking her. Turned out she would be thrilled to take Randall! Called this store and even offered to pay them to get him back and for the inconvenience. We were told it was no problem, they understood, we could come get Randall. I would not be able to make it there before they closed but was told tomorrow was fine. I was able to pick up Randall at least. They handed him to me in a small plastic tub. What about the terrarium we brought him in? I was told they had already sold it. Now this is not about having to buy Randall all new things, not at all... this is about a poor, scared little baby being stripped of the little pink coral house he loved so much and his bridge, his home. It's traumatic enough for an animal to switch homes and people. My son was so upset because he said the look Randall had on his face when he left him was like he knew he was being abandoned. my son's only solace was that at least Randall would have his familiar belongings with him when he went to a new home. What an awful place to do such a terrible thing to a helpless animal. I am thankful we got him back, regret that I couldn't get him that very night and relieved that he didn't die from the shock. This place does NOT care about animals. I included a picture of Randall when I picked him up and one of him a couple weeks after with my daughter....he is so happy to be home! And we were able to find his little pink coral house

Great service! I live nearby and got my first isopods (P laevis "Milkback") from them 3 months ago. Now they have babies (see photo). Also got some great driftwood from them awhile back for a bioactive ball python enclosure. Every time I've gone in the staff are super helpful and available, even answering my phone calls and checking for products over the phone. Please visit this place to just take a look around - it's like a mini zoo inside!

Love this place, they have been getting better and better about tarantulas and tarantulas being in stock. Everytime I walk in, the staff recognize me and we talk about Ts. This location in the past year has really grown it's invert game, since I started regularly using them for my spider needs. Feeders are awesome haven't had any issues. Keep it up!

Elijah was very knowledgeable and helpful. We went in to get info and some help about what reptile we should get for my daughter. They had many options and like I said Elijah was very helpful and we will definitely go back when we are ready to buy.

I have two ball pythons and a crested gecko from here! I love this place and the many different ball python morphs they currently have.

I just visited recently to check it out. The owner was very helpful. I had a lot of questions about my pets at home. And it has supplies I usually have to buy online. I'm glad there's a store nearby that I can count on now. :)
