    Already gave a yelp review but also wanted to leave my review here so other don’t make the same mistake I did . If you're going to rent any vehicle from this location make sure you take pictures of the odometer before and after you drop it off , especially if it's after hours drop off cause they overcharged me over 200$ , for something I didn't go more than 50 miles in . Charged for me nearly 200 miles instead . Tried calling them and manager Jake said he'd resolve the issue and issue a refund to the card used . No refund was issued and every time we call "he's never in" "but we can take down your information and he will call you back!" , yeah we had 3 different people tell us that too . I just took the loss on the money and I'll make sure i go somewhere differently for vehicle rental services like this uhaul location. And don't forget to take picture of the odometer cause you'll regret if you don't. My biggest issue with this location was the lack of customer service , I truly believe they had no intentions in resolving the issue and were okay with overcharging me the amount the did , but I hope they feel great about screwing over a young couple with a newborn baby, who needs all they money they got for the newborn. Please don’t shop here, they don’t deserve your hard earned money .

    I had to file a complaint regarding the truck and auto transport rental at this location. I’ve used Uhaul for years in years with very pleasant experiences. However, this was by far the worst and this location showed very little interest in making sure we were prepared for a longer cross country trip.. The truck was not checked out prior to rental, had no trailer lights so I had to swap that for another truck that was given to us with no working windshield washer, fluid, and wipers were very poor. The auto transport that was given to us was sent out with two ball tires, and a rim that was not meant for that trailer, resulting in a massive blowout on the highway in remote, Texas in the middle of the night, which could’ve caused a disastrous accident. I expect a call from the general manager regarding this experience and the complaint I filed on 8/6/23 and will be calling back to follow up ASAP.

    I arrived for cellphone pickup. My truck was not ready. I called the 800 number and they told me I could have another truck, but without the 20 blankets and extra dolly I had ordered. I luckily found a UHaul employee leaving the facility at 9:00pm and he helped me. The next day I stopped by the location and asked to speak with the manager. He was "busy in a meeting"'; I left my phone number. Never called. I called again the next day and left a message. He has never called. BAD LOCATION

    Mark was awesome, whoever checked me in though, although she was nice, had her kid SCREAMING and crying the whole time I was in the building. She also had implied that I selected insurance that I didn’t have and asked if I still wanted to keep it on there. (I never added supplementary insurance). And when I came back to return the trailer, a young employee seemed to be flooring/whipping a truck around the building, and he also blocked us into the return area briefly by parking a truck right in the middle of the road along side the building. Also when checking in some guy in the maintenance bay sounded like he was watching TikTok’s while hooked up to the shops Audio system blasting short clips of talking and hip hop that could be heard in the main area. I’ve dealt with I think the manager here before as well, him and Mark are the most professional folks here it seems. It’s nice to have an affordable place to rent a trailer when we need it nearby though. I’ll be back, but I wish I could bypass the whole going inside thing and check in and hitch up myself. Also their propane prices are decent.

    The truck share is a great concept the reservation process was very easy as well. But what they expect you to know is the exact mileage you're going to put on it and how long you're going to keep the truck for. I don't know about you but I left my crystal ball at home. Things in life never go exactly as planned especially moving. Yeah then once you put your credit card in your profile online they feel as though that they can charge it whatever and whenever they feel like it. Without getting your authorization or even telling you that they're going to charge it. Because I am aware of this I don't keep any money in that account. But this location especially. I do the truck share because I don't like to have to deal with the manager on duty cuz she is quite a handful. She's rude she's acting like she's doing you a favor and when I call to ask her why she's trying to charge my card I get all these excuses instead of results. Last time I rented there I dropped the truck off and they didn't even check it in until three hours later and then charged me for those 3 hours. This time I kept the truck longer than scheduled but didn't close out the ticket. It did tell me that I owed $81. The very next day they tried to charge my card $145.00. when I called them I got the typical run around and excuses. I asked to speak with the district manager and they have never called me back. But they tried charging my card a total of 25 more times all different amounts. Still no call from management. Now I'm being threatened with a lawsuit even though they are dead wrong. I have called the corporate office and tried everything to resolve this but they still haven't contacted me. I'm not paying what they think I owe but I will pay what I know I owe. $81

    My truck had no AC, but the young man helping me gave a discount on the daily rate. He gets 5 stars… However I hope that got fixed. Also I have still not gotten my receipt with a refund of the day I did not use.

    Extremely unprofessional experience with a hitch install. Booked my appointment two weeks ago and everything seemed fine when I dropped my car off in the morning. Said it was take 5 hrs which wasn’t a problem since I was planning to just come back at the EOD. Got a call from the “hitch pro” slightly after noon saying that he wasn’t going to be able to do it and to reschedule. Went back to collect my car at EOD and my car is in the exact same position that I dropped off in the morning so obviously they didn’t even try to do any install. They just straight up didn’t want to do it. The GM didn’t even apologize to me when I was picking it up. Just straight up didn’t acknowledge me. Spent money to Uber back and forth for no reason. I would have been fine if I was told earlier that they might not be able to do it but I was sent reminder texts repeatedly earlier in the week. I would advice to take your business somewhere else. If not, be prepared to not have your hitch installed even if you have an appointment and are told it would be done when you drop your car off. EDIT: I prepaid for the refund and they didn't want to refund me. I went ahead and did a credit card chargeback and they scheduled an installation appointment without my consent to fight back against the chargeback. So I guess you can add unethical on top of being unprofessional.

    This U-Haul location saved the day on my moving day!!! The U-Haul on Holly completely ruined my moving day. They did not have my truck although I had made a reservation 2 weeks prior. I was sent to Countyline and Laurie Ziegler Saved the day! Not only did she have my truck available but she was extremely helpful, kind and very courteous! She was a breath of fresh air to work with! She was extremely patient with me. I wasn’t a good listener when she gave me rentals instructions. It was early and I hadn’t had coffee. She was so polite and so kind. I highly recommend this U-Haul location! Such a sweet lady and an awesome team! They made my moving day so much easier and much more enjoyable!

    I'm referring to the morning crew...These are the rudest, obnoxious, overwhelmed, chaotic, unorganized workers ive seen in a long time! The lady in the wheel chair quotes prices from the air and the coworker corrects her, she also had no problems running you over without saying anything other than move. I really hope someone comes in as a secret shopper to get a good feel of how they operate or shall I say mishandle customer service!

    I've rarely experienced such poor customer service that I've been prompted to write a negative review. That's how bad today was. All I needed was propane. I rang the bell, waited 10 minutes and nobody showed up. I mean, not even to help the guy who was there before me who was waiting for help to hook up his trailer. After 10 minutes, I went in and was curtly told by the cashiers that "The attendant is out there." Waited another 5 minutes, still nobody. I ended up helping the guy hook up his trailer. As we were finishing someone appeared, gave him the green light, I told him I was waiting for propane, and ... he disappeared. Waited another 10 minutes and gave up. If there were less than 1 star, I'd give it. It's by far the closest source of propane to me, and I will never give them business again.
