The staff were awfully rude. I was there with my little brother to find him shoes while the store was empty with only my brother and I and there were two employees working. When asking for help one said “yeah I can help you” in a rude tone, probably not 2 seconds later he went to the back and never came out. We asked the other employee if the first employee was going to help us and responded “well he has stuff to work on in the back and I work here too so you can also ask me” very rudely. So then we asked if he could grab us a shoe and he looked instantly annoyed that we asked him to do his job, it’s not like we could go to the back to grab the right size. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a shoe store. It baffles me that there was no one else in the store, but me and my little brother and two employees who were doing nothing and when asked to help us they were nothing but rude. If you don’t want to do your job, then you shouldn’t have it. It’s sad my 6 year old brother had to experience this while trying to find his perfect “fast shoe”

This is experience with the company for online order. My Adidas sneakers arrived in a damaged and deformed box (despite the shopping box being in good condition). On closer inspection, the box is not an original box it’s from the entirely different model and they used black marker to cover some of the info on the box. There isn’t extra pair of laces and the stitching seems low quality at places. Tried to send them a message but sending message on their site is not functional. Will call them during working hours as this is unacceptable.
This location has a decent selection of shoes, however the workers aren't great. My brother purchased a pair of huarache's and they didn't have his size so we decided to have them delivered to our home. The guy had no idea what he was doing and processed it as an in-store purchase instead of a delivery and we didn't receive the shoes for a month and a half. We came in and talked to the manager and he changed the shipment to arrive priority mail which was well deserved, but offered no discount or in store credit for their terrible mistake. The manager and workers don't really know what they are doing, but I have seen a couple of their new employees who are helpful and have good attitudes. Hopefully management and workers improve.
Had a extremely pleasant experience recently at this store with salesperson Anthony. I bought a pair of shoes on the Finish Line app, and when they arrived they were way to big. I went to this store hoping I could do an exchange. Anthony helped with this and tried time and time again because it wasn't going through. Finally after trying over and over it worked! This was great, and not the only positive experience I've had at this Finish Line -- Great store.
Went to pickup some shoes my son had reserved from a raffle. He's out of town, but had the barcode from the raffle on my phone. Was told he had to be present to pickup with an ID. First of all, he's a minor and doesn't even have a licensed ID yet, second, I offered my ID showing the same last name as me. Still denied. It felt like the staff were bouncers at some exclusive club, not letting people in. You sell shoes for heavens sake! Also, not sure the need for 3 sales staff either all at the register while this conversation was happening. Not a pleasant experience and won't be going back. It's customer service experiences like this that are killing retail.
I had to order a pair of running shoes, because the store didn't have the color I liked. Whatever could go wrong with the order, it did. It took 2 months and 11 phone calls to square everything away. Very poor customer service skills.
Tried to pick up my husband’s shoe raffle. My husband is deployed in the AirForce. I had my military ID stating that he is my spouse, and my ID with the same last name. And they wouldn’t give them to me. This manager wasn’t accommodating at all. Poor customer service and shame on them for not appreciating the military and their families.
This store would not return our daughters shoes after she wore them once for an hour and gave her blisters. We called corporate and they said their policy was to return with a receipt if still new condition. Store manager was completely unwilling to work with us and unreasonable. Buy your shoes somewhere else, this place is terrible.
Went in to get some Jordans but they didn't have my size, was going to leave and just order them online but the employee that was helping us suggested we just order them in store. When I gave him my address and he asked me to double check the info, I saw my unit number wasn't there, so I pointed it out but he said he did have the unit number on there. A week later I get a message from USPS saying my package was undeliverable because the address didn't have a unit number on it. Next time I'll skip going to the store and just order online.
