Rude employees. Waited 10 minutes to be helped as they talked to each other. I ended up leaving since they didn't bother to acknowledge me.

We bought a pair of shoes here. After trying on the right shoe we decided to get them, they toyed around with the box a bit and then we paid. Come home to find out both shoes are a right shoe and they’re different sizes. When I called about exchanging them, they weren’t kind or receptive and just said “well then I guess you should bring them in, I guess we have to exchange it”. The shoes being wrong was poor organization but the customer service was disappointing.

A first impression rather it’s phone or in person goes a long way. Live in Columbia, SC. Girlfriend ordered a pair of Air Max 95s from a store in Florida. Guess this store was the one that was able to fill the order. Shipped me one shoe. Being a former manager in a athletic apparel/shoe store, feel as though for one they would have to check to make sure both shoes were the same size. If that was done, they would have realized that there was only 1 shoe. So I called them, and a gentleman answered the phone and told me that he was going to get the manager. Needless to say, they left me on hold for a total of 18 minutes and no one never came to the phone. Great customer service 😒. Hung up and call back and basically dumped the issue onto the local Finish Line for them to handle. After looking at the reviews, I guess I should have expected this.
Every time I come into this store I am always welcomed into the store . The workers are super nice and always willing to help. My time shopping there the ones who stood out the most was Daniel amanda and Claudia. This is my favorite Finishline to go to without a doubt
Went there looking to buy b-ball shoes for my 12 year old son. Nobody offered to help but we got some dirty looks from the staff. Dick’s and the adidas store were great! I won’t bother going in there ever.
Bad customer service a lot of people on there phones. I also thought it was a good opportunity to work there until I applied got the job they hired me I worked one shift kept calling spoke to other employees to leave a message for the manager, yet nothing. Very disappointed in there actions and communication skills.
If I could give no stars I would. Their customer service is horrible my family and I went looking for shoes for my self and our baby. Yet we walked in no greeting, there were FOUR EMPLOYEES!!! just sitting there about 4 feet away from me. Not acknowledging anything never once asked if we needed help. While 1 of the 4 went to the back past right by us not saying anything. I don't see the point in there being so many people if they can't do their job.
Worst experience ever. Manager on duty Fabi talks bad about her employees on the floor when customers are in store. Never got greeted. Worst experience ever. If your looking for service dont go there. They just hold the desk up with there elbows and talk. Go to footlocker or champs even payless. I wish I could give a zero star.
I went to go buy shoes there for my birthday and when it was time to go pay I handed the the cashier girl $52 cash and I was gonna pay the difference on card but she ended up saying I gave her $17 to put in the register and then charged me the rest in card. I didn’t notice till I was home and when i saw I called immediately to tell what happened. They told me if I went in again on Saturday they’d give me my money back so when we went in they said they won’t do anything since the paper said their drawer wasn’t over when in fact they’d be over $35 and change over. This was very upsetting so we returned the shoes and went somewhere else. If I could give 0 stars I would

I called to ask if they had a shoe in the color that I wanted and the lady said no so I was going to ask her what colors do they have for that shoe and she was being rude she didn’t even answer my question, she just hung up the phone without saying anything. THIS STORE IS GARBAGE.
