There is an older gentleman, rude disrespectful tends to profile people based on skin color. Gave him a hundred dollar bill for the shoes I purchased. He spent an entire ten minutes just checking if the bill was real instead of taking the security tag off. Now I have to head back and hopefully get another member of staff to take the tag off. Do not come here if you are a person of color and have any sense of self respect based off how they treat customers.

I have bought for a long time in this store, it was my favorite, but after the treatment they gave me today, I am not coming back here, I felt humiliated just for wanting to change some shoes that I had bought and I wanted to change them for others, whenever I bought I changed them and it was very friendly but this manager was rude and very pushy.

Pretty good selection. Normally I have most sizes in stock. I was looking for a particular gym shoe and the associate was helpful. I like the clearance area because I tend to see a few things that are a good price. With all of the inflation lately it's good to see a nicely stocked clearance rack

I went to the Belmar store after seeing the ad on Facebook offering 25% off. After finding the shoes I wanted, the store associate, Denise, told me she couldn't apply the discount without a bar code. I told her the promo code but she said She wouldn't be able to use it. There is no bar code! So I have to go home, order online, and pick it up tomorrow now. What's so sad us she could not have cared less. For this poor of service, I'll just order from Amazon and get them delivered to my door.

They don't have handicap access doors. I checked online for a shor I wanted and saw that they had it, came to the actual store and they said they did not have it and also they don't even have an online supposedly

I ordered some boots online and picked them up in the store. Everyone was very helpful, and even though what I ordered didn't quite fit, they helped me to order a new size.

Got exactly what I was looking for and employees were extremely helpful. I prefer buying shoes in store so I can try them on and walk around in them. Not only does my shoe size vary between brands, but I like to make sure they aren't too heavy or narrow as well. Employees here deserve some nice holiday bonuses for the quality and diligence of service they provide.

I'd bought a great pair of Florsheim brown cap-toe lace-ups in Colorado Springs Saturday but they were a bit too big when I put them on with dress socks. I was dreading the exchange, but Molly found a pair in my size at another store, did the return for store credit, and got the right size ordered and shipped to me for free. It was quick and painless and DSW (and Molly!) ensured my repeat business!

Second time I’ve tried to go to the store during advertised open store hours to be confronted with a sign that they closed early. Including seeing people inside. If you really have to go here, call first so you don’t waste time.
