If you’re in the Castle Rock area and looking for descent sporting goods, this is the store to go to. Reasonably priced, great customer service, friendly staff and great location. I highly recommend others to sporting goods store.

Good service, good prices. Not a wide amount of options for snow boots and pants. Only about 2-3 choices for boots and one choice for men’s snow pants

I had Liza as my customer service representative and I was highly satisfied with the service I had received. My friends and I went to Big 5 to purchase some snow pants and Liza was there to help us pick out the perfect pair. Not only that, but she managed to convince us to also purchase a ski mask and an air rifle to help us later for non disclosed reasons. Truly masterful customer service and sales pitch. 11/10 Would definitely return and would definitely recommend have Liza help you out during your stay.

Even though real-life shoppers were scarce on this slow day and only two males appeared to be working, both were congenial and fun. They had just what my son was looking for at a budget price. I always enjoy this store.

Gotta say, there are SO many good deals here. Recommend going to the website and downloading the sales. Gun prices are the lowest I have seen in a while. The staff are very helpful and the place is always spotless. Obviously a great manager who hired such great associates and keeps it ship shape. Nothing but good stuff here!

Have daily sale items, but you can a get a similar brand as the sale item at T.J. Maxx for less. Plus they have been closing in the middle of the day for a couple hours because they are short staffed.

Customer service at this place is phenomenal! They allowed me to return an item that didn’t work well for me, even when it was debatable whether they needed to allow the return. Kyle did a great job taking care of us. Would highly recommend shopping here if you like low prices and great service!

The friendly staff had no problem finding me a good pair of hiking boots and shoes at a very reasonable price.
