They don’t always have what you’re looking for but when they do, it’s usually a good quality, known brand. Whether it’s a sleeping bag or football uniform pants, it’s always a pleasant experience. If you sign up to receive adds, they frequently send out great coupons.

The store is legit. Probably one of the best Big 5s I've ever been to and I've seen a lot. Store is clean. Larger format. Decent selection. Professional staff. Only drawback is that the parking in front tends to flood easily.

They’re fantastic here. Everyone is super friendly and willing to help you without being overbearing. We’ve bought several items this season and had to return one that broke. They offered an exchange or refund no questions asked. They’re a great local shop when you don’t want to drive out to a big brand store.

Bought a pair of hiking boots from them and after 1 month they look like I have them for year . The Saul is pulling away from the boot and the leather is cracking when I took them back they told me there was nothing they could do about it. I will NEVER BUY A THING FROM THEM AGAIN . THEIR SALES STAFF IS RUDE

Great experience at this location !! The store was well stocked, clean, organized, and the merchandising was exemplary. The selection of various products was enormous and the majority of it was on sale. The prices were reasonable for top name brands. The sales associates were all friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, competent, and easy to engage in conversation. They made the shopping experience very comfortable, non intrusive, and with no pressure or hovering. The General Manager, Bette, was energetic and over the top in customer service satisfaction. She made it a point to answer each and every question and interacting with her was actually refreshingly enjoyable. She was a consummate professional and her staff follows suit. I will undoubtedly return to the Greeley Big 5 Sporting Goods store in the near future and recommended this location to all local sports enthusiasts.

Wow. What a great experience. I walk through the entry way and am greeted by four lovely ladies. All smiling, all eager to help. And they weren't just friendly, they knew their stuff. I asked for a special fishing lure, and was escorted straight to the brand I was seeking. I then asked if I could buy a turkey license, and was escorted to another lady who quickly and efficiently pulled up my account with the state game and fish. I had license in hand and paid for within 10 minutes. Good looking, friendly and efficient. Were I 50 years younger, would have married any one of them instantly. Go try em out! Big 5 is the store of choice in all of the Greeley area.
