Very unprofessional, vaping in my face while not honoring their refund policy. You can have 1300 points but you have to wait a week to redeem them. On top of this, I was charged because they didn’t ring up one of my items. Joke of a store never getting my business again.

Charles was a huge help in selecting football (soccer) cleats and balls for my son and I, taking the time to help us understand synthetic vs. leather options, and so much more. Keith, who works in the shoe department, was unbelievable! I had no idea what I was getting and he not only educated me on the products, but he made me so excited to get a fresh pair of shoes! I tried them out today at the gym, and they are the best! When you go there, i highly encourage you to ask for Keith! he's the man!!! 10/10!

I was not expecting a big box store to provide such comprehensive customer service so I was blown away when the young man working in the baseball section was immensely helpful. My son is new to baseball and needed pants, gloves, belt, socks, helmet, and a bag. The attendant provided knowledgeable and detailed recommendations to help get my son properly outfitted (and there was no upsell-just genuine recommendations of which equipment holds up well). Thank you!

Absolutely terrible shopping experience, rude customer service in athletic shoes. My son asked to try about a dozen pairs of adult cleats, most they did not have in stock and two pairs they showed in stock as last pair but they could not find the matches and said they may have been stolen. Of all the shoppers looking for cleats I did not see them successfully fit one customer in an hours time.inhoutime

The Broomfield location strikes out when it comes to women's softball apparel and footwear. Go to the Longmont location. Far better selection!
