Big 5 Sporting Goods

I love the accessibility of big 5. It's more affordable than bigger sporting stores. There is always a coupon. I got my husband a really nice hat to keep him covered in the hot summer for $15. Can't beat it.

This place rocks!! they are conveniently located near the Thornton Creek shopping center. They sell a wide range of sports gear as well as camping equipment, shoes, athletic wear and firearms. it's not as big as the other retail chailins that have moved in the area but they have great items at very good prices. They always have sales on shoes. bargains throughout the store and very friendly and knowledgeable sales associates. I've never had a bad experience when shopping here.

Went in around noon for some shoes. I was greeted while walking past the cash register where 3 employees were standing. I told one guy I was looking for shoes. He pointed me to the back wall. Another employee said he would meet me back there. He never came back to help me. I tried on a pair of shoes and left. The poor customer service experience is what I would expect from a discount sports store. Too bad, they could of had an easy sale as I was ready to buy shoes. It really doesn't take much effort to provide any customer service let alone good customer service. I doubt I will go back to that store.

Always fairly satisfied with the products and service at big 5 I was just hoping for more shoes and sun glasses on clearance they used to have lots of different bolle. Smith. Etc... Sunglasses for 19.99 or 29.99 also used to be any different name brand shoes for 9.99 to 29.99 but the last few times the shoes on clearance selection was very limited and there was only Nike sunglasses on sale.

I scored a great deal on two pairs Sick Azz KicKs as well as 1Set of Kustom laces All for $65 including Tax. All the staff was no pressure easygoing & super friendly while being very helpful indeed. I will definitely come here for shoes again thank you everyone at Big 5 sincerely..

Pretty good spot to buy a pair of boots. But they're rather small store. They have limited selection. But the representatives I work with we're all really nice. And there was a friendly cashier.

They had the shoes I wanted and in my size. Had outside lights on sale that my husband likes.

There is no consistency in their customer service. You greet one customer and offer them assistance you need to offer and great the others that enter as well. The sales team was more interested in chatting with each other than ringing up my order. He wasn't when going to put my purchase in a bag.

Decent prices on a very limited selection of new sporting, camping, and hunting equipment.

Friday afternoon, no other shoppers. 3 employees at the register a 4th walked back to the back room didnt even see me. I was looking at shoes for 10 minutes no help. I walked out & told one of the guys I was waiting he said he would help. I said no thanks and left. They were too busy talking about having babies and the music that was playing.
