Paul in golf is an all-star. We showed up about 45 min before close and needed help in the golf dept. Paul came to our rescue and was so amazing. Come to find out he wasn't even working, just helping beyond his shift because they were short staffed. If the world was full of Paul's, we would all be super happy everywhere we go. Landon at checkout was great as well.

If you're going to be open, hire some people. I walked around the entire store and found nobody and had to have somebody paged to come find me in shoes. I've never seen so much retail space with nobody working in it. Thanks for wasting a bunch of my time.

I was shipped a pair on Nike shoes but got 2 different colors. Went to return in the store and they said they had one of the colors in my size. I waited for ~5 minutes and was told they can’t find them. Went back to the store a few days later and they said they had them in my size again. They gave me a box WITH THE SAME 2 MISMATCHED SHOES I RETURNED THE WEEK PRIOR. They just put the box back in stock to resell with 2 different colored shoes. Walked out empty handed out of frustration.

NO ARCHERY EQUIPMENT. Online shows archery and hunting equipment but was advised the Colorado stores no longer carry this equipment. Nice store tho and good for other sports. Buy tons of baseball gear hear. Just wanted to post to save you a trip for your outdoor hunting and fishing gear.

I didn't see a survey on my receipt, so I wanted to at least a comment on here. Andre was very helpful and patient when helping me decide on which shoes to purchase. He got me multiple options to try and I helped me find the pair that best fit.

I normally love everything about this store, I went in looking for golfing accessories. I called ahead and they said they had what I needed and for the price. I drove over there, and they did not have it and when they rung it up to order it was the incorrect price. Unfortunate!

Trashy, disorganized store. Went in to find some athletic clothes for my 10 year old daughter. Everything was mixed together, and the selection was small to begin with. It was very difficult to tell where the kids' section was at all. The clothing on the racks was not sorted into the sections marked S M L, just all mingled together. This is why people shop online instead. I would have too, but we needed to try things on for size. We waited for about five minutes for someone to unlock the dressing room for us, and then it smelled like pee. I guess someone else got there before us when it wasn't unlocked and used it as a bathroom.

I am not one for reviews but man I had a very poor interaction with an associate who I found out later was a manager. The day before I came in spent over $800 dollars on football equipment for both My Son ‘s .. came back the next day. Just to ask if they had any Universal helmet pad inserts? He didn’t even want to give me the time of day very unprofessional , even rolled his eyes like a teenager like I was an inconvenience … I had my sons with not something I wanted escalate or be a Karen about but dam if you hate your Job that bad Go work in a warehouse or something not in customer service

Came in looking for a nuggets shirt and found anything but. It was odd there was no customers in the store but many in line at both the outside, and mall entrance registers. Walked the whole store and found that they carry one design hat for nuggets for 30$. Picked it up and stood in line for 10 min. Line did not move. Cashier with the blonde beard and combover was stalking pens and talking with customers but not ringing things up. I put the hat down and walked out.
