This place usually has something you are looking for. Might not be high end, but will do the trick for a hot minute. Staff always seem happy and ready to help out if needed.

I love this place. There is there is always something here that I can't find in one of the big stores.. The people here are are actually friendly and helpful. Good job people keep it up

A really great experience - I was looking for new shoes and they had just what I needed, at a very reasonable price. Their customer service is top notch too; a huge 'thank you' to staff member Kevin who was friendly, knowledgeable and patient as I tried on multiple pairs of shoes!!!!! The only issue with Big5 is their physical store location in Parker, you have to either know it's there or find it by chance...they deserve to have a more prominent location. Still, their current site means a quieter store and easy parking! I'll be back to the store as needed, a bit of a hidden gem😃

Good prices. This store is tucked away and not easy to get to but worth the strang approach to their parking lot. Nice employees who are eager to help.

I absolutely love this store! It has great prices and the customer service is beyond compare! The entire staff here is welcoming, kind, and always goes out of their way to try to help. Anna, in particular, takes care of her customers as though they are her family. Considerate employees are a rare commodity these days but somehow, Big 5, manages to find them and keep them.
