Very professional and knowledgeable! When ever an area of the garment was uncomfortable due to my healing process, they listened and made adjustments timely which was exactly what I needed. Customer service was fantastic! I would definitely go back if I needed their services in the future and would highly recommend them to friends and family.
Not the best fajas, cheaply made but extremely expensive. I purchased from a different COLOMBIA store and wow, these fajas are what I would call quality and for less than 150, but this place has extremely low quality fajas and they sell them for over 200. My garment is already coming apart but but I’ve rarely use this faja, less than 20 times and it’s already falling apart, very disappointing to say the least…

Meri was AMAZING! She showed me how to wear my faja where it was effective but comfortable to me. She also showed me how to loop my bra with the faja straps AND made special loops in my bra for me to hold it in place! Meri is so sweet and kind and so has all the staff that I have encountered at Femine FormRX. I would recommend them to anyone needing fajas.
Always very professional and quick. They take their time when you are getting an adjustment to make sure you feel comfortable and secure. They have a very quick turnaround time on the alterations. One appointment it only took them an hour, and the other appointment, I was the only one there and they did the alterations right there, only a few minutes. I can’t recommend them enough!!
Amazing service and high quality garments. I was recommended to come here by my surgeon’s office and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is having surgery or needs a customized faja. Virginia is super talented, patient and it’s very clear she takes pride in working with her clients.
From the first day, the team here is amazing! They take their time to advise you of what you need before and after your surgery. They are perfectly equipped to handle the sensitive nature of the process you select! You are treated with excellent customer service. I just started my journey with Meri and the amazing team at FormRx and I look forward to the outcome. Bridget was excellent in helping me select the perfect garment and Ray was amazing accommodating my available time and even assisting me with directions with my very first appointment! FormRx is the only option in my opinion to join you on your surgery journey 🌹
Meri is awesome. Excellent customer service. Regardless of what your needs are, she's got it and will customize it for your body. When you're there, you feel like family. When you leave, you know it was money well spent.

Meri is so caring and attentive to every detail. The business is always very busy, but she ensures each of her clients are comfortable and well cared for! And they are always so quick turning around the alterations that it never takes much time out of my day!! Both garments I bought from Femine/FormRx were perfectly tailored for the absolute best fit and to both comply with my plastic surgeon’s very specific protocols.
