Goodwill Outlet World - Denver

To shop is okay. Staff favor certain customers, while others are being yelled at to stop shopping. Families park them selves there in a hugh circle and take over a whole area, with kids running around and no one saying a thing, Mexican music blaring from a customers boom box. I was just waiting for the BBQ grill to come out. It's ridiculous. Staff says nothing.

😂 i cannot even deal with this place y’all do not know how to run a business Can only take cash 😂even cops are laughing at y’all ! the management here is ridiculous they yell at their customers choose favorites first of all i’m glad to say i won’t be a regular customer anymore 😂i’ll put my money to something else ! and y’all do just the outmost ridiculous things for dontated goods ! i spent way to much time and money here to get treated how i did today ! f your whole department

There aren't any Goodwill outlets in GA near where I live...so to have this type of experience was eye opening! Just wooooow! To see people running an digging for buried treasure was awesome. Found some really great stuff and a suitcase to put it all in so I could travel back home with it. Very friendly staff.

Wild experience! Everyone should go at least once, at the very least, just to say they did. Super inexpensive.

Horrible experience, staff members were so rude! And so expensive for just a few things. I recommend if you Want to go to a goodwill go just not this one!😃

Old white haired lady needs her eyes checked. I'd say she needs to be fired but she won't last 2 weeks

Careful, you could spend hours in here rummaging through just about anything you can imigane. I suggest for first timers observing how they operate with the bin switch outs. Pay by weight and not ticket price. Staff was helpful, and did a good job cleaning up after people tossing things around.

16 and over but no signs in the front. Just announce to the whole building. Thats okay everything looks unorganized. Thanks for nothing. I will not come back when I am 16.

Nicole is very sweet and made my checkout experience great, she deserves to be a manager even though she said she was in training. Very cheap compared to regular Goodwills. A lot of interesting stuff to sort through, some gems hidden in the piles of stuff. Strange smell & gets very hot. Would come again.

Well as you have seen on other reviews it's awesome and insain No kids should not be there im glad they made that rule. As far as people and their families coming and spending the days there over taking bins I haven't noticed but if they are make a new rule about how long people can be there like a 3 hour max and then get out . Idk it's fun to me the whole thing.
