Everyone was so friendly and helpful despite being SUPER busy on a Monday morning. Taylor H was amazing and explained everything to my fiance over the phone, which he did not have to do. He went the extra mile to help us out and it is very much appreciated. Tire issues are stressful but they made everything so easy. I definitely recommend, they will take care of you quickly and with great customer service!! Don't go anywhere else!

Cesar was very kind and informative while helping my friend. They needed a tire rotation and their appointment was scheduled for the next day on accident. Cesar still honored the appointment. The shop was pretty busy but everyone I saw seemed to get to an associate within a descent timeframe. Again Cesar was great and did a fantastic job walking my friend through for their first visit there.

As a woman I usually feel uncomfortable at tire/car repair shops but ALL of the staff at this location were super friendly and helpful given how busy and close to closing they were! They were also knowledgeable about my tire situation and offered multiple solutions to my problem. The warranties are spectacular! Would highly recommend!

Making an appointment is super easy. They have done a great job fixing my tires from all the nails/screws in GVR. The workers are very friendly and they work fast. Highly recommend this Discount Tire!

I made an appointment with the store as I ordered a new set of tires. They got me in the day they arrived, and had me in and out within a hour. The store was really busy, yet my appointment was honored. I really appreciated the prompt friendly service.

This is a busy location, but the guys here keep things running really smooth. Was able to make an appointment online really easily and had a flat fixed without any issues! Appreciate the great service! Been a Discount customer 20+ years.

Needed my tire patched so I stopped in. It was gonna be about 2 to 3 hours before they could do it. Busy, busy place. Made an appointment for the following day. They found a nail. Patched and no charge. Didn't try to upsell me on a new set of tires!!

Just had another fantastic experience with discount tire. We were at the airport and found we had a screw in our tire when we returned to pick up our car. Drove there and the guy took care of it immediately. No charge because we had gotten our tires from discount tire, but they save the day after flying for 24 hours thank you discount tire.

Tyler is an amazing young man! He went out of his way, definitely beyond his duty, to help me with an issue on my wiper blade. (Not normal job). He was so kind, professional, personable and helpful. There are enough words to describe how thankful and wonderful Tyler was. Thank you so much!!

Have been a longtime customer of Discount Tire as well as my family. Took my truck in to get tires rotated before a trip end of June 2023 and my Rock Tamer mud flaps were stolen while sitting out in their parking lot at the 3601 Tower Rd. Aurora, CO. location. After serval attempts to speak with Jose the manager he agreed to give me an instore credit for future tires for the value of the mud flaps. THAT never happened and I can't get him to call me back. The cameras they have outside are not even hooked up so they are fake witch doesn't make sense. I would consider other options as they don't follow through on their promises. Still waiting for Jose to call...............................
