I always go to Discount tires for all my needs. They're always transparent about pricing and parts. I've been to their competitors and they simply don't measure up to D. Tires. I've received friendly service, and the Colfax location is always inviting and clean. My rating: A. 1. Good service 2. Clean Lobby 3. Transparency 4. Affordable prices 5. Experienced technicians 6. I always know I will be taken care of when I go to Discount! Best service around by far! The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and are always able to answer any questions or concerns you may have. If they are recommending something, you should listen to them. They truly value your safety and also value your cars transmission. They aren't just trying to make a quick sale. By the way, the warranty is worth it with how bad some of the roads are around here. It has saved me multiple times! I will always go here for my tires!

This location fit me in at the last minute and were so kind and helpful in replacing my two back tires. I walked in (no appointment) and had a new set within the hour. The dealership had quoted me $584 and I got a better set of tire here for about $180. They offer a mileage warranty that they actually stick by. If you travel, they also honor that warranty across the US. Very happy with the service and quality of Discount Tires.

I came in Saturday at 3 p.m. with no appointment; with a spare on my car; with a puncture in my heart. I drove peacefully away at 3:45 p.m with a smile on my face and 4 working tires. Thank you Kevin and DiTi crew!

Jesse and Cesar were incredible. The store was busy, but they still thanked people for coming in, gave updates on progress, were friendly and patient. I didn't have an appointment and was out with a new tire in 45 minutes and for less money than I planned. I will definitely be going back.

They miss the concept of customer service. No front end service I waited in line for 10 mins just to fill a tire. No concept courtesy. I was literally ignored for 10 mins. If I could give a zero I would. Or a negative. 08-30-2023

Muriel was the tec that serviced my car, and they said 45 minutes. I said alright, Muriel finished the job in half that quoted time," truly extraordinary. There are no problems with the tire at all a couple of weeks after. Great place, great tec .

Garrett and Cesar provide fantastic customer service. From my initial phone call with Garrett, he asked all the right questions about tires that I wanted replaced for my Ford dually. The following day, I met both Garrett and Cesar and they were both professional, courteous, and knowledge. They answered all of my questions and provided me with a quote, which was reasonable, and the tires were in the next day after ordering. I brought the truck in the next day and before installation, Cesar showed me the tires to ensure I was happy with them being placed on my vehicle. I was told that it could take all day since I have a large truck, but got a call early afternoon that it was ready to be picked up. The truck rides more smoothly, it is quieter, and I could not be happier with the treads. I am discovering that the Michelin's really are worth it. Both of them went out of my way to answer any and all of my questions. A big thank you to both Garrett and Cesar!

I'm a professional Motor Coach Driver and always on the road. I had a flat tire and needed it looked at. This was 15min before they closed on Easter weekend none the less. I ended up needing a new set of tires because I do drive a long distance to work. Garrett and the crew working had me taken care of and out the door within 45min. I appreciate the customer service and positive attitude from everyone for being that last minute walk in customer. I know they are a very busy store and will continue to use them for my tire needs.
