Very good experience they listened to what I had to say and didn’t pressure me into anything I didn’t want. Quick service as well.

Discount Tire is my go to spot for any tire related issues. I have purchased my tires from their stores consistently because of the customer service they provide. Today was another example of how great they are... I made an appointment with to get my tires checked because I had a slow leak. They repaired it free of charge! Amazing.

Employees are nice, but thier process or an inexperienced operator scratched the heck outa my rims :(

Even with a line of customers they managed to get me in and out in a timely manner. I had stopped using Discount Tire because of poor customer service and hidden fees. I tried them out again because of some great prices they had on tires. I will say they have turned things around. Customer service was awesome 👍 and the price I was quoted online was the exact price I paid at the shop. Good job DT!

I’ve been going to this location for a long time and I haven’t had any issues or concerns. They have always taken good care of me in a timely manner and made sure I was SAFE on the road. Recently they gave me a great deal on tires, I appreciate them and I would recommend them to anyone!!

I went in for a routine flat tire repair. After repairing the flat, the techs cross-threaded my lugs putting the tire back on and the shop couldn't fix their own mistake. They sent me to Brakes Plus up the road where it was fixed (free of cost). Usually I'd shrug it off, but I'm leaving a one-star review because they tried blaming the mistake on another store, claiming they never took my wheel off the car. I saw them take the wheel off (and the tire was repaired, so not sure how they thought that lie would fly in the first place). They tried to play me for a fool. Won't be back.

Great service, pleasant staff, good prices. We just had to mount two tires and two rims in discount was much cheaper than Big O tires.

Buying and scheduling online was easy. Replacing 4 tires took around 70 minutes. Front office staff was friendly and professional. Driving away, I heard/felt a loud wham-blam-clang-bang a few blocks up Havana. Sounded like a steel tool may have been accidentally left under the chassis. It went for a hell of a tumble when it fell out at 40mph. Stopped to make sure I still had all 4 wheels and found one center cap that had only been partially threaded onto the studs but never snugged down. Pressures might need some adjusting, but that is the least of my concerns. Yeesh.

I worked with Dave. Didn’t know what I was doing, as this is my first vehicle and I haven’t had the need to replace my tires before so I had a lot of anxiety. Especially being a young female, I was scared I would be sold products or services I didn’t need or would over pay for. Dave was kind and professional, didn’t make me feel stupid at all for not knowing a darn thing about tires. He explained everything fully and clearly, and is obviously well versed in this. I never felt pressured to accept a product or service, and he was very helpful when it came to payment options. Dave gave me confidence in investing quality tires and service to my vehicle. give him a raise

Twice over the last couple months I had a nail in my tire and Discount Tire on Havana St repaired it without a charge! Guess where I am buying my next set of tires. They are very friendly, professional and fast. Why go anywhere else.
