Discount Tire

I love this place! Obviously no one likes having to get their tires fixed/replaced, but all the guys who work here are so nice. They are super speedy and get you in and out very quickly. I have been here a few times for nails in my tires or flats from potholes (love Colorado ) but they always make it a lot less stressful than I think it’s going to be. Great group and great customer service. :)

I am really unhappy!! We have 5 vehicles and get our tires here. I went here the beginning of June because I have a low tire. It is the rear driver's side tire. Went every week since May. I was told I had a nail in my tirebut I never had time to wait to fix it so I called and never could schedule an appointment when I was off work. Stopped in on a Thursday after work got there around 1:05pm and waited to be told I could leave it or wait for it to be fixed. I said I would wait. 4 and 1/2 hours later of me waiting, my 4runner was ready. I was told told by the young man who brought me out my keys that the nail was on the side wall and could not be fixed so they changed it out with my spare tire which is a good tire and they rotated my tires. My question is why the heck after all that why is my rear driver's side tire still going low. 2 days after all this the sensor light went on and my 4 runner has been sitting and the tire is almost flat. Did your business that was good once and is not now, didn't want to deal with me not getting new tires at that moment so you just lied to me and let me sit and wait for 4 and 1/2 hours and just filled up my tire the one with the nail in it and sent me on my way. If this is the way you treat customers then maybe we should consider getting our tires else where.

I've never had a bad experience here. They are so professional and courteous - whether purchasing new tires or coming in for a free rotation and balance, they always accommodate and go above and beyond. They're always super busy, too - but still seem to keep the pipeline flowing. I always call ahead because I rotate a 5th tire into my rotation (in the event I get a flat) - and I just hangout and work in their lobby. They also seem to have the most competitive prices, too. I don't know what to say - other than you can't go wrong with these guys. Highly recommend.

This place was EFFICIENT. I bought my tires from a third party website and had them delivered direct. They had my vehicle in within 10 minutes of my appointment window and had me out the door in 45. Shop crew was a bunch of great guys working hard. Special shout out to Anthony who was friendly, informative, and on top of everything from start to finish. Hustle was unmatched. Highly recommend

Excellent customer service! This is a busy store, but the employees still take the time to check everything over and make sure my car is well taken care of. Everyone I've dealt with at this store is very friendly and accommodating. I was in and out in just under an hour. I will definitely be back the next time I need tires!

Discount Tire at this location was extremely helpful. After checking my account I received two new tires when needing one tire repaired. Nick helped me to receive this excellent service. Micah was the tire guy and I had no problems after leaving. All tires were riding evenly and there is no pulling while driving. The job was very well done.

My first time getting tires replaced through Discount Tire. I interacted with probably around 3-4 people from phone call to delivery and pickup. Every single person was as delightful as you could ask for. I even had an issue with my bill that I went back in for and they handled it incredibly gracefully (Thank you Efren). I didn’t feel any sales pressure which was so refreshing. They had the tires I wanted and installed it in the exact timeframe they quoted. I can’t think of a better experience replacing tires. See you all on the next one.

They gave the most accurate time estimate and were very honest with me about how long it would take for my service, which allowed me to have a productive day while they worked on my car. Alex was running around answering phones and helping customers all day. He went above and beyond to make sure that people were taken care of and communicated extensively about where people’s cars were at in the process. Diego was also very helpful and helped as quickly as possible even when they were extremely busy. I would highly recommend this place, their dedication is amazing and they go above and beyond!

Had a great experience working with Josh on getting my new tires installed with mobile service. He made me feel good about my purchase, worked with me after I mistakenly told him the tires from tire rack had been delivered, got me rescheduled for the same day, and worked after hours to get me back on the road safely. Can’t recommend this shop and mobil install enough.

Today I needed a blown out tire replaced, and was told this Discount Tire would have what I needed and to ask for Diego. I did just that, and boy, did I strike gold!!!! Diego was very friendly, personable, professional and a true gentleman, which is a rare trait nowadays! He made sure I was taken care of, helped me get the best deal possible, and was very considerate about my personal time. He went above and beyond, and also made sure all of my tires would be taken care of in the future, should I have a similar challenge with them. I've always been a Discount Tires customer, but now, because of Diego, I will do all of my future tire business at this Discount Tire location! To whomever is his boss, you truly have an employee. whom is worth his weight in gold!!! Thank you for such a wonderful and one of a kind buying experience, Diego!
