Ok let me start off by saying this has been the best pep boys I have gone to in my 37 years of life. I came in at 530pm on a saturday with a punctured non fixable tire and no other stores open. They worked with me to find me replacement tires even though they closed in 30 minutes. They couldn't fix it thay day, but they were able to order the tires and get me in as soon as possible. With a teusday ETA (due to Presidents day on monday), they actually found 2 tires for me and got them mounted on Monday. Music to my ears. Nick was super helpful and communicated with mw the entire time. I will def be coming back to this pep boys for all future needs. That's a wrap.

Thanks Corey and Justin for helping us last minute. Very courteous and understanding. Came in to switch rims that ultimately did not fit after they switch the tires. Had to switch the rims back and even patched one of tires. Thanks!!!!

Had a dead battery, got one under $175 here. Appreciate the fast service as well. Service at the Parker Rd location is smooth and efficient.

I came to Pep Boys without knowing I should have made an appointment but I was lucky enough to have my tire checked out by Justin. They found a huge nail it it and was able to fix it in no time! I am grateful I was able to be seen today and I will be definitely giving my business to this location again :)

I took my car to the shop with a blown tire, drove hardly. The lady at the shop told me that they have a policy if you got 1 blown tire 4 tires should be replaced. And the price is gonna be $800 upto $1000. And she said they can not change a tire the same day and I need to schedule an appointment for next day or some other days. And she recommend me not to go to other places because they will tell me same price.

Specifically called to confirm my appointment because I was cramped on time, was told my appointment was set no problem. Get to the shop and told at least 45 minutes before they could get my car in just to look at, longer before they could start the work. I waisted my time and gas because the person with they/them pronouns could not be honest about scheduling when I called.

Had a bolt in my tire and wasn’t sure if it was going to be repairable. The shop went out of their way to try to get it fixed for me. Even moved another vehicle out to get mine in so I wouldn’t have to wait.

Came in for brakes to be checked. They needed alot of work.They called when they found they needed a part that had broken. And made sure to call and let me know when and how to get my vehicle. I am super pleased with how fast and honest they were. Thanks guys!

Incredible service. Went in on a Tues morning and dropped my car off for a new set of tires. Went around the corner to grocery shop and got a notification it was done already before I had finished. Everyone was nice and the price was dramatically cheaper than any of the local competitors
