Big O Tires

Had a scary blowout on my tires. My own fault for letting them get tread bare. And on 0 notice, Bill and Jorge were able to get me up on a fresh set of tires in no time. These guys are awesome!

I’ll always go to the store for any mechanical, tires or other needs I have with my cars. Andy, Chris, Tyler and the rest of the team are all very friendly, courteous and professional. They have always made me feel like family. This is why I’ve recommended to my family and friends. In fact several of my family and friends come here because I’ve recommended them to this store. There has also been times I have been waiting for my car, I helped other customers know how awesome they men are along with the incredible service they provide. Came in with a screw in my tire and Bill was so courteous quick in fixing the problem! I was in and out in 20 minutes. They also have a nice waiting area. Would recommend :)

I got a slow leak in one of my tires on a new Outback (700 miles) and the Subaru dealer said it was in the sidewall and I needed a new tire (at my cost). Being skeptical I took it to Big O and they showed me the nail (a large staple really) was in the tread and they fixed it (for free!). Thank you Jorge for bringing sanity to a frustrating situation.

I came in with two nails in my tire and Jorge was so friendly, courteous, and quick to fix my tire. He was able to help me right away and I only waited about 10 minutes. I will definitely be back for any future tire needs!!

I have been going to this Big O for 18 years and they always take really good care of me and my jeep. I do a lot of off-road driving and am hard on my tires. Bill is the absolute best!!!! So helpful and friendly.

I have to update my review. Had a terrible experience this time, I will not be back. I made an appoint for 12pm to get my alignment done. I arrived at 11am because I was out doing errands. I was told there was one vehicle ahead of me and they could get started on my vehicle with in 45 mins and take 45 mins to do. I walked to get lunch and returned at 12:30pm expecting my vehicle to be nearly done and they didn even start on it. When I got back from lunch, I noticed they pulled a different vehicle out then was in there when I left meaning they did someone else’s vehicle before mine and they pulled a second vehicle in after that one. I had an appointment set and should have been taken care of before the other two. It would have taken tell 2pm to get my vehicle done. I don’t have 3 hours to sit around an auto shop for a 45 min job.

Great job done on my truck. They helped me from start to finish on a wheel and tire package. Couldn't have asked for more or for better service. Will definitely keep these guys on as my tire shop. Thanks for the new look and the safe ride!

We always get our tires at Big O because they have great prices and are very accommodating with appointments. I pulled out of the garage yesterday to go get groceries, only to discover one of my tires was about 10lbs low, figured I had a nail in it. Took my car to Big O, and they had me out of there in 45 minutes with no appointment and no charge! Big O Tires has the best service, and they are always friendly and reliable.

Bill is a wonderful employee at Big O Tires. He took good care of our needs on making sure we received the best customer service. I recommend Big O Tires in Longmont Co. Thank you Bill.
