I'm leaving this honest, 1-star review based on my current experience. I will update if there is a satisfactory resolution. I was specifically asked to leave a 5-star review and handed a printout where to leave the review. I purchased a new 2023 Tacoma Trail on 8/26/2023. The overall purchase experience was mostly ordinary until I went to leave. When about to drive off I was connecting my phone to the features and an error message was displayed for connected services to enter a 6-digit authorization code that then moved to a message displaying, "This feature is not available on your vehicle." The Sales Associate, Ryan Foster, said that should not be the case and it should display a QR Code. He apologized and stated that since it was a Saturday the appropriate personnel to fix this were not available. He subsequently told me he would put it on a 'We Owe' form and would get it handled on Monday. I unfortunately trusted him and drove off. Later that evening he texted that someone should be able to come to my residence on Monday. That ended up not being the case and was told that the service department would contact me to schedule an appointment. That finally occurred on Tuesday, 8/29 at 4:48pm. The earliest appointment they could do is 9/7 at 8:30am; 12 days post purchase. Ryan is attempting to get me an earlier appointment but his follow-up has been subpar. I currently do not have the full operation of the vehicle I've purchased. Notes about specific individual interactions: Ryan Foster, Sales Associate, Sales -- Great personality, knowledgeable, good explanations, non-pressuring, quick, and friendly demeanor. -- Temporarily misplaced my $10k down-payment check. -- Caller ID does not come up with his name (Caller ID shows his mother [he told me]). Taylor Keith, Sales Associate, Financing -- Nice gentleman, friendly approach. -- Initial paperwork that was presented was missing mileage and had to be reworked. -- Pressured for additional options/features after I had settled on a price with Ryan in sales -- When told I was staying with the agreed on payment he stated, "I'm just doing my job." -- Allowed for multiple interruptions into his office about salsa he made with 'Carolina Reaper' peppers. Adrian Paraschiv, General Manager -- Sent an e-mail on 8/27 asking how the visit was -- Responded that I was unhappy with the missing features and far out service appointment to fix the issue and to solicit help -- Did not respond to e-mail that was offering his assistance if needed

David Butkovich did more than an amazing job. He helped me through the whole process of car buying and even compared different engine sounds to other jeeps so that I would get the perfect one in perfect condition. He is amazing through text as well! Not only did he send me additional information about the car I wanted but he also informed me of the status of the car in stock every day! If you ever shop here, please go to David. He will take care of you for sure!!!

Sean Miller, the acquisitions manager, was great to work with. My older Pathfinder, yes it had a fair amount of miles on it, was ready to be sold off. But it was quite a clean rig otherwise. I stated my case as to what I believed the vehicle to be worth. We came to an Agreement rather easily. Yes I took care of the car and it showed. But Sean and his team made the whole process Super Simple! If I ever am faced with having to sell another car, I will Certainly go back to Sean and AutoNation Arapahoe...no question!

We recently bought a car with the help of Ryan and had a great experience with him. He was attentive, trustworthy, and had our best interest in mind the whole time. We felt like he was on our side for sure. He was fun to work with and super patient as we stayed well into the evening making sure our trade in value was adequate and our financing worked out in our favor. We also appreciate the work Joey in financing did to get us a better rate. It felt like he cared about our loan and wasn't just checking a box.

I just bought my first brand new car from AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe! It was an amazing experience from start to finish because of the help, expertise, and support we received from Alex Valerko and the staff at AutoNation. Alex helped find exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to make it happen! He was responsive and made it a seamless transition into my new car. He also walked through all the features of the car and answered all the questions I had. On top of that, they even had the car waiting for me inside the building for final purchase as it was snowing and the car was spotless. Was looking for a newer SUV. Was able to test drive immediately upon arrival. No pressure sales pitch, very straightforward. Once I decided to buy, final pricing was detailed and easy to understand. Final paperwork was quick. Uzi Kahn, sales associate, was great and easy to work. Quite satisfied with the overall experience.

Dan was very enthusiastic and helpful. I showed up unannounced and felt no rush to make decisions despite the fact he had 2 other customers show up when I first started our conversation. He was moving quickly but he wasn’t rushing me. Definitely a wonderful experience.

I had an appointment at 1pm and they promised me to return my car at 2:45pm for an oil change. At 3pm I went to the service advisor and he realized my car wasn’t even in the bay or getting near to get the oil changed. I just asked for the keys and took off, with no service performed on my car. They used to be the number one Toyota dealer in Co, but not anymore, now they’re the worst. Good Job Auto Nation!! Not to many companies can do that!! By the way, there is a response to contact the manager, which I did, but I was on the phone for 15 minutes and I decided to hang up.

Great experience overall from the moment I got there to drop my car until the moment I came back to pick it up. The service agent Andre was courteous y transparent with the services the previous dealership did to my car and explained me in details the services to be done. Michelle the person in charge of the shuttle was amazing and very nice to me. She has a great customer experience.
