    Around $60 for four tows a year. Up to 100 miles each tow. The best price fast and professional tow truck drivers and AAA has an easy app to use.

    Walked in looked around and found the map I needed. I said hello first to the old guy at the counter, he said hello back (nothing else). After he took my AAA card he said “there you go” about as unfriendly as a person could be. I was wearing a surgical mask due to my very recent heart transplant (still recovering) Not sure if this is his excuse for total lack of Customer Service. But it’s disrespectful.

    Anything you need? Do it a few weeks BEFORE you need it. Why 2 stars? Because AAA used to be so helpful and worth every penny. Now, 30 years later, my membership is nearly worth less than nothing to me. The representatives don’t have personal experience with traveling (except a lot of Disney!) and they can’t do anything without several WEEKS notice. I was shocked! No foreign currency exchanges without a weeks notice, no trip ticks like they used to ALWAYS offer and carry as a service (now you pay for travel books— on top of your yearly fees), and very little help in general. AAA is not what it used to be, and with a brand new car and dealership roadside service, my membership hangs dangerously by a thread. Time to rethink your business model AAA, be relevant again to keep pulling in your accounts!

    In and out in 20 minutes for an international driver’s permit. Great experience and service!

    We called a week in advance. We were told that there are no appointments for Saturdays. Just show up and a travel agent will help you on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. We were there before they opened. Waited until the doors opened and went inside. Travel agent informed us that she was completely booked for the day with appointments. The front desk person seemed to be just as surprised. Front desk person tried to apologize for the travel agent and help out the best she could.

    Not sure where to review your tow truck drivers, but Shawna was AMAZING. I was a bit of a hot mess (catalytic converter was nabbed) and she did way more than just take care of my car. Thank you for your expertise and kindness.

    We have been using AAA travel in Westminster for several years. Terri is very helpful with all our travel needs. She takes the time to listen to our concerns, and provide good suggestions. AAA has given us some good perks, including two specialty restaurant dinners for free on our last cruise. The staff at this store are all very pleasant.
