I was at a business when my car battery died. I tried calling them, but AAA sent a link to their app to use to get help. I was still trying to use the app to get help when I called my mechanic. He brought a battery charger and charged my car during the time I was trying to use the stupid app to get help from AAA. I will not renew my membership. I remember a time when you could call them and get immediate help. Not anymore.
This place has the absolute worst customer service. Why are you even open when you don't want to help people???
Blake Younker from this branch went out of his way to help with my timely requests, and was kind and courteous and went the extra mile. Even took my phone call (10 minutes before closing on a Friday) and stayed on the line until the documents were received in my inbox. Big kudos to him! Thanks so much!

I received very informative and helpful assistance regarding a 12 day driving trip we will be taking in the near future. Barbara Bullock took our trip itinerary and printed out a Trip Tik booklet while I waited. This was important since we live approx. 45 miles away from Grand Junction. While the booklet was printing, she answered questions relating to obtaining a AAA credit card, and helped me apply for the card. In addition, she provided several maps; and even marked our path of travel in two colors on the maps!!! I found her to be very friendly as well as knowledgeable during the entire process.
Outstanding service. Love large AAA maps when traveling especially when planning a trip and considering the overall perspective of the journey.
A nice casino to visit, we didn't gamble though. We were there for a ZZ Top concert last weekend. Some great sites to visit when you have the time.
Not as many items as stores in larger towns, but they still have a great selection of hardware items at reasonable prices.
