    AAA provided the most abysmal travel booking experience. My mother and I elected to use AAA to help us in booking a trip for added convenience and ease. Instead we received terrible communication, scams of credits, and horrific customer service. We ended up loosing hundreds of dollars and the agents ignored attempts of communication. I had intended to try to use our deposit but after the death of my mother I couldn’t fight this company any longer. When I never heard back months into dealing with their disorganized errors I gave up. AAA uses other travel agencies to book flights, cruises, land reservations, etc.. This means if something gets changed or canceled they cannot refund you because it’s another party. You are required to not only book something within this third party it has to meet various requirements (you have to spend X dates, in X time frame, with limited locations). Even if you pick something within the requirements good luck getting an agent to help you out. They know they already have your hundreds on non refundable dollars so why bother. I usually book my own travel plans. As I was traveling with my mom I had hoped AAA would aid in creating an easier trip. I would never use their travel services in the future and warm any and friends of their shady practices.

    We used the car buying service with Josh at AAA. We will never buy a car from a dealer again! Josh made the entire process SO EASY. It took half the time to purchase the car and trade in my old vehicle with AAA than it did to get a test drive at a dealership. Josh even shopped around my old car to get the best price, $700 more than the dealership offered us! We'll be back if we even need another car.

    Got this service for some peace of mind, but now I'm not feeling great after a wreck, and I'm three hours into a 90 minute wait being told it will be longer. Stuck here worried about not being able to get home because by the time I get my car towed it will be too late to get an Uber. Tired. Hurting. And loving this service. In town and considering walking home as it might be more reliable.

    We bought two cars through AAA's Auto Source program in the past couple of weeks: a brand new Subaru Ascent (as our main family car) and a used Honda CRV for our teenage drivers. The process was painless and easy from start to finish. Never had to set foot in a dealership or play any of the usual games where dealers try to sell you add-ons you don't need, etc. Purchase prices and trade-in prices (we had a trade-in to apply towards the Subaru) were fair and didn't involve any of the usual haggling. Josh Martin (the car-buying consultant at AAA we dealt with) was super knowledgeable and very friendly. He kept us in the loop the whole time, answered all our questions, and just made the whole process enjoyable which is something I typically never say about buying a vehicle. Thanks, AAA and Josh!

    Last Dec I called my Hyundai Roadside assist for a tow. It was evening, Temps 21 degrees and AAA left me stranded for 3 hours. If not for a friend I would have frozen. After multiple calls I was advised to call another towing service and promised I'd be reimbursed. Now 5 months later, multiple submissions and calls, I have still not received the funds. The "check in the mail" has never arrived. I am beyond frustrated and have no idea how much longer they will drag this out.

    They were there when I needed them. Got me off the highway and towed my car to the dealership for repairs. I contacted several other tow services and these guys were reasonably priced and provided quick response.

    Had a terrible experience yesterday. Hit a pot hole going to hospital with my husband and ruined a tire. Called at 10:45 to have it towed. Sat at hospital til 5 waiting for truck to show up. Called them numerous times. We are in our late 70's and my husband was very sick. No excuses, no apologies. Just the run around. Had just renewed membership and been a member for years but never had to use them before. Thank heaven we were in a safe place nit stranded on highway somewhere. Will never use them again

    Left stranded for hours, had over 10 different phone calls With each one not providing any information. Will be promptly canceling my membership. Avoid at all costs

    Awesome experience. We were able to order a brand-new car from AAA Auto Source - and it was delivered earlier than we expected. Josh Martin was a true professional and handled ALL the details from the order process, to the paperwork to the delivery. He is friendly and patient and VERY knowledgable about the cars and the process. We highly recommend AAA Auto Source and Josh Martin!

    I stopped by this AAA location to get information on travel insurance on a Saturday morning after 11am. I waited about 20 minutes before someone assisted me, and it didn't really appear to be that busy. Sirena did a good job from a customer service standpoint. Although it seems their pricing for mandatory trip insurance is a bit high. I'll shop around to see if i can get a better deal.
