Very slow at checking out the Uhaul rental. I was almost over charged because when she was trying to check us out hlahe removed the truck from the order but when it got added back the price had gone up $150. They made it right but it took like 25 minutes to get checked out.

Several bad reviews here which sounds like unpleasant interactions. Can't comment on that. I've done business here a few times, and it's always been pleasant and professional

I tried this place twice and I got rejected twice for reason. Rude, Unresentful staff that raised tone with me. I don't understand why these people hate there job it seems. Poor service by any means. I don't recommend this place at all.

Spoke with Lorena (hope I spelled that correctly) for move out.. She was extremely helpful and addressed all of my concerns and did not rush me..Thank you.

The woman working the morning of 6/22 who refused to identify herself was both disrespectful and refused to check in our uhaul. When we addressed her behavior towards us she gloated and said she could do whatever she wanted. She had property of ours that was left in the vehicle and refused to return it, then called the police on is because she said we were being rude (He apologized multiple times for why she was frustrated and I am pregnant, no one raised their voices at her nor used profanity) Never been more disrespected by a company. Will never go back. I will take this to corporate.
