Ron did a great job installing this on my Nissan Frontier. Ron was helpful and very friendly. The lock and hitch were not installed, just the receiver. Would use again.

One of the better customer service experiences I've had in a while. Despite being completely swamped, Jorge was so friendly and trying to find ways to expedite people through the process. His energy seemed to transfer to all the people waiting and created some sort of patient and happy vortex :) Ron who took in our vehicle last night and did the install, also did a great job and was super friendly. The hitch they installed on my SUV looks great and was affordably priced.

Great experience! I had a hitch installation scheduled, and George called that morning to tell me I could bring it in early. I was in and out within 1.5 hrs, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I chose to stay and wait for my car, and they made a little work area for me in their boxes area with free wifi (so note that there is no official work/waiting area) - it was all I needed to get some work done while I waited!

In two days dealing with U-haul my appointment was canceled twice, I was overcharged twice above my original quotes for hitch and my trailer, I had to pick up the hitch parts myself from one location and take them to another location, I had to drive an hour from my house to have my hitch installed, the hitch parts I was sold were actually used parts and not all of the parts were included in the box, I had to wait for 10 hours to get my hitch installed, the hitch installer cut my heat shield, broke the back panel of my car, didn't hook up or test my wiring, the trailer location failed to attach the trailer to my hitch so it jumped off my car going 50 mph less than a mile from the U-haul location, and then got a flat tire. To deal with U-haul I made over 25 calls in 30 days, never received any of my money back for their failure to provide anything I contracted for. I ended up just abandoning my possessions so I could make across the country in time to start my job. Nothing is resolved, the GM won't get back to me and they say this has been escalated but when you escalate with U-haul they shift you out another 3 days for someone to get back to you. So the more U-haul screws you over, the longer they take to fix the problem. This was the worst customer service experience of my life and I used to belong to the Columbia House record club!!

From the online booking to the check-in online and the pick-up in store, everything was super smooth. George was AMAZING! He was helpful in answering questions and just the easiest to work with. He even went above and beyond to honor me being first to arrive to check-in first. I arrived 10 min before they opened and I tried the door. I sat in my car to wait as 3 other customers pulled in as well. Well they unlocked the doors and I was the last to walk in, but he said since I arrived first he would take me first. He totally didn’t have to do that. The gesture went a long way and I will definitely be using Uhaul Westminster for my future moving needs! Thanks again George!!

The check-in service was simple, and the person at the desk was helpful. The app to verify any vehicle damage was a great process. Drop off was just - here are the keys.

Truck clean but charged for gas I didn't use. Said I used 7 gallons of gas to go 29 miles ! Really ? I filled to F Line then charged me for 2 more gallons. Ripoff.

Myself and another customer waited 30 minutes trying to get propane tanks filled, rang the bell, no one came. Went in several times and asked for help. Guy was literally sitting there doing nothing at all. When I called him out on it, he refused to fill the tanks for me. I would like management to contact me in regards to your employees conduct. Completely disgusting and unacceptable. Ill definately be filing a complaint with your corporate offices.

Ron, the manager, is amazing!! He installed a hitch and wiring on my Rav4. He was super helpful and professional!! Will continue to use this U-Haul location!

I run a small business and have needed to use this U-Haul location at 8001 Federal countless times. They have incredible hours open early and close late. They always have the truck or trailer I need for the day. Always willing to lend a helping hand when needed. The check in process if you reserve online is seamless. I can be in the driver seat of a truck within 5 minutes if I reserve online in advance. Dropping off the truck is always easy as there has always been a staff member on premises when I returned the truck making the return process also take no more than 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this location!
