Excellent customer service. Honest and upfront disclosure. Returned in the night drop off box and received a prompt receipt come morning. Every scratch is pre-marked on the check out form. No issues. No hassle.
Difficult to locate on Google maps which took me around the block repeatedly. It's on the south side within the Meineke building where you have to go through the corner gas station to get to. Once there they helped me quickly.
The customer service here is the BEST! I have rented 2 U-hauls from them and they are fantastic. I also had them work on my transmission years ago and it is still running strong. They worked with me and disclosed all my options before doing the work. I recommended them to my Mom and she also had a great experience. If you want honest personal service go here.
I was not told of the Depoiit...what type they needed and how they wanted it. I had to leave and go to three plases to prepare the Deposit as they required. This should be explained the future customer, on the first conversation when the reservation is made.
