Got a hitch installed on my Forester here. The manager and hitch pro in this shop were fantastic. Special shout out to the hitch pro (who's name I didn't catch, but he's a tall younger guy with glasses) he went above and beyond in helping me make sure everything was good with installation. You can tell he really knows his stuff and takes a lot of pride in his work.
The website and app don't work. I had to sit for over an hour trying to get it to work so i could return my rental. They crashed in the middle of the operation at least 6 times. Now the website doesn't recognize that I ever ordered a truck at all.
Truck rental went perfectly. Staff were great to deal with. Loading truck with requested add-ons when I arrived. Check out was easy. Check in was quick and efficient.
Could not connect to wi-fi to log-in & get code for pick up. Same thing at drop off. App Would not load or anything, made it more difficult. Truck had more gas in it then when I picked up not even a thanks.
Website and phone service for the location says they are open until 7-7 yet their on-site says 8-5. Tried calling and got no response until I arrived to find out they canceled my reservation and were closed. Horrible customer service.
Being my first time this U-Haul is the best experience I've ever had this year when it came to moving out I was stuck on a Sunday with a bunch of trash I had to take to the landfill to pay $500 for thankfully I wasn't charged for two extra days and on top of that it wasn't too bad either the price to rent the U-Haul. If it wasn't for U-Haul I would have never been able to do many things and the three days I rented the truck you guys are the best and the customer service was spectacular thank you guys very much

I had a rental the morning of April 26th I got there and went inside the “employee” behind the counter was sleeping and wasn’t willing to help me didn’t even say hi or nothing. Another employee who was outside working came in and was very helpful she looked irritated that the other “employee” didn’t help me. Maybe she shouldn’t be working there if she can’t stay awake. The one lady that helped me should be promoted or have a pay raise, according to my contract her name was Laura. Thank you for showing customer service we need more people like you.
Made a reservation a month in advance for multiple days. 3 days before the move, they texted me saying "Other families need the truck, you cant have it more than 24 hours". Never received a phone call or anything. Obviously this place is incompetent and poorly managed based on the reviews and service. Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot or Penske. This place will scam you.
The place is always out of propane more than 90% of the time when I stop. This U-Haul store has went very far downhill since the general manager Devon left. I never had a problem getting propane when Devon was there I believe now it’s more of a laziness problem.
