    The people at this location were friendly and helpful. I rented a cargo van through the "U-Haul Truck Share 24/7" the same day for a quick move to a college apartment. The van was clean with a full tank of gas, and I was able to easily extend my rental time online when we needed an extra hour or so. Pros for the van: It had plenty of room for a twin bed/mattress/lots of boxes/bags/bookshelves, boards to tie stuff to the sides of the van. You can see out through the back window if the van isn't full. It was nice having access to the back of the van through side doors in addition to the rear doors. The only con: The seat seemed quite high compared to the steering wheel so it was a little hard on my back. Not really an issue if you are just moving across town. The hour drives I made were a bit rough, so I would avoid longer drives with it. Overall, great experience and just what we needed. Thanks!!

    Great place and great service. I do business with U-Haul on Central and Maize. "The Garage." Very helpful and friendly staff. My recent rental was a tow dolly. Towed my son's Honda Accord on a tow dolly from Longmont Colorado to Wichita KS. Tow Dolly did the job perfectly.

    When I rented a small 10 ft. truck & only needed it & used it for approx. 2 hours I got charged for 2 days plus extra unused milage. 😕😟 I was told by the gal who checked me out that she didn't see the truck returned for 2 days on her supposed video survailence equiptment.😕😟 Told her I am 200% positive i returned it withing a couple hours to where i was told to drop it off. I returned it filled with gas as required too. Even though I only used it for less than 3 miles total round trip from start to finish i was also charged with quite a bit more milage. I had to complain to the corporate office before any money's were finally refunded to me for the extra full day's charge & milage tacked on. They put it thru as 2 different charges even a couple days apart. So glad I caught this on my credit card statement!! Boy am I glad I took pictures of the gas tank & milage before & after my use of the truck at least!! ☺👍 I'd highly suggest anyone renting thru this location that you also take pix before & after you rent & you end up getting over charged too so it'll back you up!!👍 Click the like icon below please if you like my review....     Avoid this drop off location if possible. Attendant is remote and I was sent a damage report, cleaning fees, and fuel fees when the pick-up paperwork clearly stated the correct fuel amount AND noted the damage the report was for. Luckily, I had taken pictures at pick-up and U-Haul customer service refunded me for ~85% fairly quickly, but none of those charges should have happened at all. I don't know if this location is trying to make an extra buck or is just negligent of company paperwork, but it's not worth it to drop a vehicle off here.

    Not a fan at all. Made a reservation and will be canceling. Created an account with my login and info but put my hubby's name because he was the one driving the rental truck when we moved. I went to make a new reservation today to order a dolly and gave my phone # to do so. It pulls my hubby up and I told the guy I'm the one picking it up- does it matter whose name it is under? he said no. I very clearly asked that question. i call later in the day to change it, and now it matters. I don't get why I can make a reservation for someone else but now can't change it. I spoke to a man as well as a woman there and they were both extremely rude and not helpful. Don't bother

    Called and rescheduled my appointment to pick up at 9am on the 19th to the 20th at 9am and they said the only available one is in Loveland so I drive to Loveland to find out whoever at this location did not reschedule my appointment and drove to Loveland for no reason and no way to move when I really needed to leave that day. Wouldn’t even acknowledge their mess up because I couldn’t remember the person I talked to name. Is there not anyway or documentation to see who scheduled the appointment?

    These people are in my opinion scam artist. I rented a cargo ban a few days a go. The estimate was for 38.09 dollars. Including insurance. I used the ban within a 10 miles circumference. Same town. I delivered the ban the following day with a full tank of gas. The guy, working there charge me 5 dollars plus extra additional fees, that were not on the estimate Contract. Total cost = 60.00 dollars. PS. AVOID THIS PLACE.

    If you are one-minute over they will charge a full day, no exceptions. Add that to a bunch of hidden fees and you will likely get a surprise on your bill. Avoid doing business with UHaul. In my opinion, this company, and its branches, are like most businesses of today: out for their own profits at the customer's expense.

    Only take your Uhaul business here if you'd like to be terrorized by a sexist man while parking, charged for someone else's Toll Violations, and completely ignored every single time you attempt to contact customer service spanning over a month. Literally the worst business experience I've had anywhere.

    The trailer I rented had a door that was damaged when I picked up. It was difficult to open and close trailer door at pickup, then after arriving to my destination and opening the door, it remained completely stuck, forcing me to unload my belonging immediately.
