Great rental experience. I can't say enough positive things about the lady in charge. She just radiates competence. I was there when she had a trainee. The coaching I witnessed was inspiring. She deserves all the business.

This location has the newer motorcycle trailer and they actually check their tire pressures. I've rented here a few times and service is always excellent. Patricia is the best!

the lady named Patricie. she has bad customer service until it looks like she is going to beat you up. I had to be late for work because my truck did not turn on the lights to drive at night and I only rented 6 hours when I will never use those lights

Open early. Accidentally booked online for this uhaul place for that reason without realizing it at first: anyway, got there about 10 mins before they opened but they opened up and got me taken care of in 5 mins. Return was seamless as well. I can see others had issues here but my experience was nothing but smooth.

WOW, PATRICIA IS THE WORST!!! Ordered from Longmont U Haul at 66 and I-25. At last minute on Friday the pickup location was changed to Loveland. Arrived at Loveland at 7:10 for a 7;00 pickup and no one was available to check us in. When I called Longmont Uhaul for assistance I spoke with Patricia who blamed the previous customer for them having to haul the truck back with a tow truck for an alternator and said she had to send us to Loveland instead. She suggested I use the website to log in to pick up the truck with remote pickup. I tried and the system said I have to wait 45-min until they open at 8:00. I called Patricia back to ask for assistance, since she sent us to another location. She was clearly frustrated and immediately jumped to “do you want me to send you out in a truck with a bad alternator and battery!?” I told her to not take that tone with me and that all I wanted was assistance since this was their error. Her retort was “you know what, I’m not your agent on this, so I don’t have to deal with you!” And hung up. Very poor customer service from Patricia at Longmont U-Haul. Recommend another location, or even a different provider.

The manager is such a cu**. I rent trucks and trailers all over the greater Denver area and she is the worst I've ever encountered. If you hate your job just leave. Don't make everyone else's life as miserable as yours.
