Great efficient and friendly staff. I've rented trailers here a few times and have yet to had a bad experience. I'm often needing an extra day or two on the rental, and they are always happy to adjust the rental for me. They also remember me when I call/stop in which has been refreshing as well.

The truck was dirty upon arrival, had to sweep out before i used it. Was told a different price on mileage and was charged another price. Engine light was on and told it was ok.

I've rented a U-Haul several times each summer to go camping and use it as our groups storage and bare box. I have rented from this location at least a dozen times over the years and always try to come back here if I can.

Well after they moved me around several times, it was fine. I do suggest that the call center should know something about the way that truck share and mobile pickup works thought because she could not answer a single question.

This U-Haul location is staffed by idiots. My wife and I showed up and tried to buy a mattress cover. They had two in the size that we needed on the shelf. At checkout, the sales person informed us that the product wasn't in stock, so he couldn't sell it to us. Really? We are holding the product in our hands as he says this. Bottom line, there were probably a half dozen ways that he could have sold us that product. But he didn't even try. Just shrugged his shoulders and stared at the floor.

It was a very good experience, I just needed a car transport trailer for a few hours, Inexpensive good service.

I had a reservation- called - messaged on line to confirm days before and I get there and they’re closed! Business Tip :Curtesy call your scheduled appointment s when you don’t plan on being open!!

I selected a Queen sized mattress cover to purchase, there were two in stock. When I gave it to the clerk to pay for it, he said he couldn’t sell it to me because his inventory program on his computer said there were zero mattress covers in stock and he couldn’t sell it to me. So stupid. Bad business practices.

Arrived to pick up truck, employee was surprised it was even there because it was not returned the night before. Trucks transmission fell out in Columbus OH. Still stranded 18 hours later. Roadside assistance is worthless they have called me with 6 different people. I will never use uhaul again. Use a POD don’t try and save $1000.

We reserved a trailer a month ahead of time to be picked up Sept 3rd. Confirmed with them twice during mo to confirm that it would be here. He was assured, no problem. Got a notice to pick up at Denver location instead. Only excuse from them was they had their quota and kinda shrugged like not their problem. What good is reservations with this location! Will never use them again!
