Came in for a standard service visit. Unfortunately their hours listed online don’t match their actual hours of operation so be sure to call and confirm. I showed up to pickup my car after dropping off earlier in the day as Anthony was literally closing the gate to the front entrance on a Friday afternoon. Luckily he was very kind and patient and got me processed and back out the door quickly. Awesome customer service to a first time customer so I’ll be returning for this reason. The price was also a little better than expected which was an added benefit! Thanks!

Been coming here for years and just found out that you are no longer selling/trading cars. If this is true - I'm heartbroken. Please bring back or do not discontinue that service! I have come to you folks for the past 30+ years and have purchased about 11 vehicles from you in that time period. All in all, please DO NOT close your car sales OR if you have I ask that you bring the sales department and cars back. In addition, I love your service center (miss Jerry), but now I deal with Joel and Anthony - who are fantastic service managers. .

I've heard nothing but good things about this place and made the easy decision to see them. I got to work with Tom the sales guy. He was straightforward about everything and really worked to get me driving away in a new(to me) car, and very available to answer any question I had. the mechanics and shop are also very helpful, as I had a flat a week after picking it up and got it patched with them no hassles. Honestly I always thought dealerships had no thought to care so much about their customers, but AutoAves changed my mind completely on that. Really glad I am able to do business with them and will be seeing them again when I'm ready for a new car. Thanks for everything y'all have done!

So bought a 2018 Pathfinder in April which I did test drive before choosing it and no issues ... It had engine light on since day one had to take it to the shop like 4x being weeks using a rental before they actually fixed the engine light issue . Okay so that's all said and done but since day one actually driving it around it squeaked when I used the brakes so I took it in and they said "they are new brakes and need to be broken into" so it's been over what 2 months and the squeak turned into a loud sequel and still squeaking and even grinding so of course I take it in and the lady said "the guy drove it and didn't hear anything or felt nothing and the brakes and new and etc " so basically I'm being told I'm a liar and still today it's still bad and loud . I thought purchasing a car here was good but since I've had this car it's been nothing but a headache, let's not mention the clicking noises it now has . ...wish there was light at the end of this tunnel and yet I'm stuck with this car and unhappy 😭 and sucks cause this is literally my first time buying a car on my own and this is what happensand it was over 24gs for this car and now there's clicking noises and still grinding and squealing..and now they closed the dealership

I was looking for a good Honda Pilot that I could afford for 6 weeks.....starting in California & then in Colorado. They are super hard to come by, as they are solid! I was debating getting another vehicle because I was having such a hard time finding one. Then I went to Automotive Avenues & Tom Sullivan found me this beauty in less than 10 days! It's in incredible condition.....like new & I'm still pinching myself....it's truly my dream car! Stellar service all the way around & feels like a family operation. Dealership is driven by going cheap…. I flew to Denver to inspect and purchase a 2019 Buick Regal from Automotive Avenues (Auto Aves) on March 14th, 2023. The Regal overall looked good but I had a couple of concerns. A major concern was the cheap tires (Westlake) Auto Aves decided to purchase and install. Westlake tires are 1/3 of the price of legitimate brand tires. Feel free to google Westlake tires for yourself and decide if you would risk your life on a set of those tires…. Drove the Regal home, less than the speed limit, and purchased a quality set of tires. I shouldn’t have to replace brand new tires on the second day of ownership because the dealership wanted to save a few dollars… After further inspection, the oil filter was an off brand and the air filter was dirty. I couldn’t trust the engine oil the dealership used was quality so day 3 was an oil change, new oil filter and a new air filter… I received the title and paperwork today, almost 2 months after the purchase. The dealership decided to send the original title and paperwork using the cheapest method, USPS Priority Mail which was lost in transit. I was told by the dealership they’ve had problem with USPS but the decision was made to go with cost instead of quality of service. I had to wait almost 30 days extra to receive a duplicate title and re-printed paperwork, which meant I wasn't able to register the car until the day my temp tag expired. One more day of delays would have made the car illegal to drive and left me stranded. The only reason the paperwork made it here at all was because I persistently called the dealership to get this done. If I hadn't figured out the package was lost and called the dealership multiple times, nothing would have happened. Per Colorado Code of Regulations for vehicle sales: 5. No vehicle may be sold if the dealer does not have a valid title which can be given at the time of sale; or, if papers are in transit, such title must be delivered within 20 days. The original title and paperwork was mailed (not delivered) on April 11, that’s 28 days after the sale which is in violation of the Colorado Code of Regulations… The whole ‘after sale’ process was a clown show. Absolutely a terrible experience. Basically expect the dealership to go with cheap and don’t expect help after the sale…. UPDATE: 07/27/23 I received a notification from Buick/GM letting me know my Regal still has an outstanding recall for "Increased Stopping Distance During Certain Brake Vacuum Loss Events." Auto Aves assured me they had taken the car to the Buick dealer to have the recall taken care of before I purchased the vehicle and drove it 500 miles home. I do not understand how as a business and as one person to another you could sleep at night knowing you sent someone out on the road with extremely subpar tires and a recall that impacts braking performance. Please be very cautious doing business with Auto Aves, they're here for your money and have 0 interest in what happens after.

I have been a customer for many many years and Automotive Avenues never fails to deliver. This is the second vehicle I bought since becoming a widow and the experience was amazing. Traded in my seven year old Subaru Impreza for a very gently used six year old Toyota Prius. She’s beautiful, and looks and runs like brand new. Working with Dan Krofta on the sale was smooth as butter. He treated me like family from the start. When I brought my Impreza (which I also bought here!) in, Stephanie was attentive and took care of me in the service area. While I waited, Dan came by with the opportunity to test drive the Prius. While waiting for the paperwork to be done, Anthony from Service came in to check on me because I hadn’t come back to get my car, and asked if I’d bought something new. I will always be an Automotive Avenues customer, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new car!

Yet again, I leave Auto Aves with a great experience that can't be matched anywhere else. My favorite salesperson "Cheryl" was very friendly and helpful as usual (this is our fourth vehicle from Auto Aves). Cheryl got me the vehicle my family needed at a great price and in a timely manner. A shout-out to the financing team for their swift execution. Thank you for all your help, I would definitely recommend you to friends and family.

Thank you! Tom Sullivan and Freddy made our car purchase something that we enjoyed and a cumbersome process. Tom was not pushy at all, and gave us the freedom to look at several different cars we were interested in, and let us test drive 5 cars... some I knew we weren't interested in, but gave us the opportunity to compare different smaller SUVs and crossovers. Freddy went over all the different finance options, and was quick to rectify some mistakes that were made in the sales paperwork. Although I don't like having a car payment again, I'm glad that Auto Aves is a place where customers are referred to as members, and their exclusive relationship with credit unions makes it a place that I will refer friends to and continue to shop at next time we're in the market for a new (to us) vehicle. Our pooch liked our new purchase as well!
