We purchased a 2022 4Runner from them. The price was extremely fair for such a low mileage vehicle and our trade-in was valued extremely well. From start to finish we only spent 2 hours at the dealer. All paper work was up front and explained to us. I really felt like they wanted to make us happy. We will definitely do business there again.

This place is awesome! I’ve used Kissner motors multiple times in the past and then I tried out a few other dealers, learned my lesson and came back to Kissner! Kohlby most recently helped me get out from under a car I purchased from red rock Hyundai that I got upside down on and into a BEAUTIFUL Yukon Denali. The whole process was quick and painless, they explained everything in detail as we moved through the process and made me feel really comfortable. No aggressive sales pitch or anything like that. Highly recommend going to see Kohlby for your next vehicle purchase!

Please be aware and shop at your own risk. My son fell in love with a a Ford Mustang from this dealer and we purchased the car after test driving it with no issues noted. Half way home after purchase check engine light comes on and car reeks of gasoline inside the vehicle. Smell is nauseating and so intense I obviously contact the dealer immediately. Dealer advised to take car for diagnosis from my local Ford shop. Kissner Motors assures me “they won’t leave me hanging, they will fix my concern”. I take the car to an authorized Ford dealer/mechanic. They diagnose the vehicle with warped headers and I proceed to request Kissner Motors to help with the issue since they sold me a vehicle with serious problems that presented immediately after purchase. We literally only made it half way home before we noticed problems. I should have just turned back around and left them the car. Kissner Motors advises to bring car to them. They refuse to let Ford shop fix the problem. I lose a day of work for literally nothing. The dealer has their “mechanic” place his hands on the exhaust to diagnose the car and they state they do not agree with Ford mechanic diagnosis. There are no warped headers, no problem at all. They state that Ford is lying and they refuse to help with the severe problem the car they literally just sold me has. I am beyond frustrated that they don’t believe an authorized/registered Ford Mechanic but they want me to believe their “magic” hand mechanic and his diagnosis that nothing is wrong with the car. They want me to take the car to another shop and have another diagnosis. What a joke! How many shop diagnosis will it take??? AND they want proof of warped headers!!! Ford/Mustang manufacturer, is lying?? Are they for real??!! All Kissner mechanic did was clear the check engine light and send us home with a car reeking of harmful gas fumes. I would recommend you take a vehicle to a shop and thoroughly have them check it out before purchase from these people who clearly have no remorse in lying about the cars they sell and what’s worse even with proof in hand refusing to help out after initially agreeing to take care of my concern. I get it it’s a used car but literally what a joke of a dealer. Please just be advised.

I want to thank you Kholby for taking care of us and going above and beyond with helping with everything we needed. Kissner had the exact vehicle we wanted at a great price so we traveled from New Mexico to purchase and Kholby was extremely patient and communicative with us the whole time.

So I originally gave these guys 5 stars. If I could give them no stars, I would. 2 months later, we have had to replace the brakes, roters, and shokes. The shokes were shot and leaking fluid. The brakes were down to bare metal. When we got the truck, we could tell no safety inspection was done because the tires were at 70 pounds of pressure. when they should have been at 40. The whole underside is rusted. I'd be cautious before buying a vehicle from them. We've contacted them, and they wanted us to pay half of what it was going to cost. Now they won't return a call at all or text message.........response: of course we were mad. We only had the vehicle for two month. You tried saying we done it with wear and tear we told you there was only 2000 miles on it. You offered to pay only half.

Came in to buy a car with no experience at a dealership whatsoever and walked out happy as could be. Sawyer Davis was the most helpful and salesman i’ve ever seen. He went above and beyond and even stayed super late to make us happy and I could tell he genuinely cares. Thank you so much to Kissner motors. I’m sure we’ll be back.
