Horrible buying experience. Nothing but lies to lead me into a deal including claiming that their car was properly maintained when it was not. They would rather not make a sale than make it right. Stay away! I should have run away when the odometer reading did not match their advertisement and they suddenly changed it AFTER the vehicle had shipped. Shady. I'm sure their 'marketing team' will, for appearances sake, respond to this review asking that I call in and hold 45 minutes to speak to someone that will not resolve the issue. I know that folks flock to this dealership to avoid the typical 'hassle' and negotiation of a car purchase, but they have clearly taken advantage of this angle to take advantage of uninformed purchasers. After I complained and the service manager took the vehicle into the shop, they returned it saying it is up to their maintenance standards. So far the following need to be done: Transmission fluid top off, brake fluid fill and then replace (out of specs), coolant fill for now and replace (out of specs), air filter replaced (original dirty one from 2011 installed), tires filled with the proper amount of air, wipers changed, front brakes changed and even the windshield wiper fluid was almost out. Good thing I know something about cars.

I was ignored, was told someone would be with me in a moment. The moment ran into 30 minutes then 56 then I left. Had an appointment Say 11am had to wait 45 minutes. Many times I was ignored at the check at check-on . I was going to give you one more chance to give me service and I was not going to wait past my appointment time. Fortunately, a very nice and helpful man arrive to help me. Purchase my vehicle. I doubt seriously I will recommend you. I will definitely tell my story. And let the person make up their own mind. I came to sell our old car prior to moving abroad. It was a good experience. First they gave me an offer online having taken preliminary information. When I went in to the center, it was clean and bright and the staff were prompt and friendly. The online offer was confirmed, no quibbling about little scratches here and there. All in all a great experience.

My sales associate Pattie was the best! She never pressured me into anything, gave good advice and was very informative and patient. I also fell in love with my new car as it turned out to be perfect for me. The experience as a whole, while a bit trying at times, was a still a great one!

This is my second car that I have purchased from CarMax. The first time, no problems. That's why, I came back a second time for another car. With this purchase, I was already pre-approved, so it was easy. I got calls almost every other day, about coming to look at a car. Now that I have the car and it's something wrong with the car, I can't get anyone to return a call or answer my email. It seems like once the car has been purchased, no one is available for you.

Drove down to this location from up north expecting the same quality of service we have received at other CarMax locations. We booked an appointment online ahead of time and provided all of the necessary papers needed. When we arrived we saw our name on the screen but the attendant couldn’t find our appointment in the system. She put our names back on the appointment list and we went to check out the car we were interested in. After 45 minutes past our appointment time we went back inside and were told to wait another 20 minutes. Finally after the 20 extra minutes decided to leave without being helped. There were 5 employees messing around the whole time we were waiting. Chasing each other around or sitting on their phones. There were others that were definitely waiting longer than us unfortunately. Will not be back.

Their offer was very reasonable and given upfront. Everything went very smooth and much faster than I expected. I was expecting that I would get there and then they would lower the offer but they gave me exactly what the originally offered. I will use them again for my next car sale.
