I went into this location today with a lot of questions, and a young lady named Ariel was exceptionally helpful and patient with me. I appreciate it, and I will be back!

Went there to pick up Dead Island 2, lady there was super nice when I was trading in a few games. They didn’t have any copies of the game left, but she could’ve easily left it at that. Instead, she saw that there 2 in transit and checked the boxes to see if they arrived for us, and there were 2. Easily the best customer service I’ve had at a GameStop

So I've been waiting for over 20 minutes now, to purchase something and to be honest it does not take someone 20 minutes to use the bathroom, your company should have more then one employee in the store if that is the case.

This store used to be active and fun to visit. Lately, every single time I’ve thought to drop by, the gate has been down, sometimes even without a sign. The past 10 times I’ve been, whether it was 12pm or 4pm, I guess someone didn’t want to work. It’s very disappointing and I’m not sure what’s going on with this store.

I’m not sure what has been going on recently but every time my family and I try to go to GameStop they are conveniently “out on break.” This has been on big game release days such as Resident Evil 4. It’s weird and concerning. Used to be a great place with helpful staff.

Little disappointed. This store has no trade ins at this time - they also have no gaming consoles available used or new. (In store or online). Needed a new power cable and they couldn’t even order one for us. Reminds me of the days before blockbuster closed. Customer service was good considering his limited product to offer. The store is clean and in a good location.

Nobody on the floor when we entered. Didn't answer our questions. Ended up going online and purchasing ps5 from SAMs and games from GameSpot website.

Went into GameStop to partake in the buy three get one free sale, first pop I choose does not count because it is not supposed to be released until September 11th, then why is it on the Shelf almost a month early? So I have to go back and find another pop, the employee said the convention exclusive Star Wars pop counts towards the discount, and it didn't so I have to make another trip back, then I try a GameStop exclusive which again for some reason does not count so now I'm incredibly irritated and make a third trip back to try a Funko Insider exclusive. Which again does not count. Extremely unprofessional

Tried to come in to trade in an Xbox One X 1tb a couple weeks ago, when I came in they weren’t busy, had maybe one customer and an ex coworker talking to the employees. Waited about 15 minutes before going up and asking if they could help me with the trade in, they said to wait until they finished with the ex coworker who was buying a game. Another 15 minutes and they were still just chatting it up, before I went back up to explain that I was kinda in a hurry. They finally proceeded to finish up the conversation and looked at my console, which they then very standoffishly told me they couldn’t take because I didn’t bring a controller and offered no other alternatives. I went home and grabbed a controller and went to the Parker store, where it took maybe 10 minutes max to get through the entire trade in. Overall rather saddened by the quality of service at the Castle Rock location and would recommend the Parker location to anyone thinking about going to a GameStop.

The guy working was definitely smoking weed in the store. The smell was so strong that my wife got sick and we had to leave after being in there for like 5 minutes. We didn't have enough time to get what we were looking for and I will never let my kids go to this location. Super unprofessional and the worst experience I have ever had in a GameStop.
