FYI if you buy a New item from GAME STOP don't tare the box it came in. You can't return it. I payed 200 for it and they offered 90 for trade. Keep in mind I have my receipt. Fat Cow who works here can eat a big ONE.

Spent over $200 dollars on an elite controller for it to be faulty (will not sync) less then 2 months later then expect me to tack on another $50 to get another warranty. Company of leeches. Will never spend another penny here. 0 stars. You have lost a loyal customer.

I guess it depends on day and who's behind the counter that day.some are total jerks and some try to get u to spend extra money on everything else they can while your checking out making a short process into an extremely long one,I use to go there a few times a week now it's maybe a few times a year.ive found every other buy back place to do better offers and online places to have way cheaper games and accessories

Not a gamer, so extremely thankful for the sweet Lil girl behind the counter!! She was so knowledgeable and knew the games so well! If it weren't for her we wouldn't have gotten a game system and games that my daughter could play and now enjoys like her brother does!!

So I'm not a gamer, at all, there's just something about getting the camera to stay where I can see things that I just cannot master. However, I find myself here fairly often. My husband loves gaming and I frequently accompany him on trips for new games, preorder releases, or shopping for friends and family. Since I know close to nothing, I typically have questions for the employees and I feel like the customer service is something to be admired. The employees are always helpful and friendly, and they can always answer my questions. I've gone in to get things for my husband and when I first started going by myself, I felt dumb and nervous to ask questions, now I feel confident and I really appreciate all their help. We have never had a bad experience here!

The outstanding feature of this GameStop location is clearly the staff. Chris leads a team that is interested in helping you. That is knowledge about video games and it's willing to step in to help from the moment you come through the door to the moment you walk out again. The selection of games and products including merchandise related to video games is pretty good. Unfortunately, much of the GameStop experience is focused on pre-owned game pricing. This scheme is downright predatory.

Excellent Customer Service! These two employees were all aboit helping to inform us and answer all of our questions!! They were knowledgeable, and friendly! We went home with a new PS4 ! These two employees made my experience just awesome! Defiantly my son and I will be back!!

Answered all my questions a few lines but only took 15 minutes. Parking lot is a bit small for all the business. Thats why I gave 3 stars.
