Pushy. Not just in offering unsolicited advice and recommendations, albeit politely, when I just want to get in and get out, but on 3 separate occasions now they have put an infuriating amount of pressure to donate to whatever charity they are pushing on customers. Ask once, ok. Continue to pester me when I decline? So obnoxious. I avoid coming here when possible.
Pushy staff try to get you to buy more than you need. Prices are way too high. The Vitamin Shoppe has better prices.
Called to see if they have a product in stock.....didn't, btw. Store was 15 minutes away, two people working with no one in the store, but me. Called mutiple times and ALL calls to voicemail. Pathetic. I wouldn't be happy as an owner. This is why people just buy online. 4:15pm on 20 May, I'f the owner wants a time stamp of his lazy employees setting around talking about gym stuff, but too tired to pickup a heavy receiver.
Why are you closed at 5 o'clock on Saturday? Hours say you're open until 6. Trash.
Eric, the store manager is THE BEST!. He is extremely knowledgeable on all products and is eager to help in any way. I buy from his store all the time. The shelves are always packed and as a pro member he ensures pro deals and pro week inventory is on site! He is passionate about his products and cares about what your supplement needs are!
The absolute worst experience at any GNC in the nation. The employee was Extremely RUDE and condescending when I asked questions about my total that wasn't adding up correctly. Then when she found her error, she accused me of making her feel bad because she was a female. I told her that I could care less about gender or color, I wanted to pay for what I was buying and not an inflated $10 more. I will NOT return to this location, and might start taking my business and PRO Membership status to another supplement store.....

Great costumer service from Erik! Last time I was in a GNC (Mississippi and havana) was a year ago and I had a bad experience with the pushy staff, he convinced me to get a protein powder that I wasn’t sure about. Well it turns out that I hated it, but I never went back, so I told Erik about that and he said( bring it back I’ll take care of it!) so thank you Erik for not pushing me to buy something that I want sure and for taking care of me. Super glad I went to this location!!!
Awesome discounts, and they had the newer Muscle Tech supplements I have looked all over mid west and east coast for. I couldn't even find them on any online retailer. I've met two counter guys, both very friendly. I've been buying supplements from GNC for 20 yrs, definitely get gold card, and ask for what's on sales. Can be expensive if you don't.
Was looking for weight loss items, took the time to explain a variety of different pills and how they'd work. Was not trying to push the most expensive ones. Would go back again and have them help me.
Seller is very knowledgeable on products and never pressures me to by more than what I came in for. I am always greeted with a smile!
