9/30/22-The store reached out to me apologizing for what happened. They then went off on how great their app is and how you can scan and go with it. This shows that they really don't listen to people. I did not want to pay with my phone or fight with an app that just takes up space on my phone. Sam's Club does not listen to their customers and just tries to force things down their throats. Horrible customer service from this experience. I dropped them down to one star since that is the lowest google will let me even though they should have negative stars for this. 9/28/22-My experience with this place is split. I had trouble getting gas even though I'm a member because I did not want to pay with my phone. The gut they had working out there was amazing and helped out. He told me it is easier to get gas if you have a card. I told him that I had been told by the people at customer service that they were either out or no longer doing them. He apologized to me and told me to try again because he knew they had them, but that they didn't like giving them out. So I went in to do some shopping I decided to try again. It was a horrible experience. When I tried to tell her what happened at the pump and what the guy told me she started to interrupt me and yell at me that I was hostile. My mother was sitting back in one of the electronic scooters and heard what she was saying to me because she was yelling it. It was horrible customer service and that employee should not be working the customer service desk if she is just going to yell at customers. Also when I asked for a manager she refused to get one. I wouldhave given this place negative 5 stars for her behavior, but I have to give good credit to the helpful guy at the gas station part. I give credit where it is due and take it away where it needs to be taken away.

Also If you choose, you can download the Sam's Club Application on a mobile device. There is a feature on the application where you can scan the barcode at the pump which allows you to not only use your membership, but pay with your phone as well. It is a big store and has a variety of products. One aspect that makes it different from the others is that you have to be registered as a member ,own a card before you can shop from the store.

I'm a 2023 new customer, and this person at customer service was so kind and helpful. Of course you need to have in mind that you will be waiting for a while since someone is opening a new account, you need to be patient!

It's Sam's club. If u like buying in bulk, this is a place to go. The 'other' warehouse is at least two dollars more for food. Sam's club basic membership is $45 dollars a year. The 'other' place is $60 per year for basic membership. I really don't like the fact that a person has to pay a membership to buy what is a necessity for every person. Food, clothes, water. I don't have a membership but a family member does. I will go to get milk, water, eggs, chicken, and pork. The margarita mix is Only $8.50 with tequila already included. Those things are worth me going. Like I said, I get in for free.

Of all the Sam's I have been to this is by far the worst location there is. The gas station pumps are always messed up or broken or they're out of gas. The cafe takes absolutely forever they barely speak English and they're out of half the food most of the time!! Lines are always long to check out you can count on it.

Very busy Sams club on a mo day afternoon @ 3 this place was bumping. Then, after shopping, I wanted to get a hotdog. The line was way too long, and only 2 ladies ran the whole Cafe. They need more staff up in that Cafe.

I love Sam's Club beats out costco!! The only thing there Cafe never has all options either no ice cream or no hot dogs or like today no pizza no soda!

I love Shopping here, it's always fun when they get new products. They scan and go option has made things so much more convenient, too! I'm a shopper who always has picked up a few ṭoo many items and needing to put a few back as I am scanning at the register so this helps with having a pile to give a worker to put back. Yay

Sam's Club has been around for a long time, It use to be good for grabbing bulk household items. Over time they have broke down packages to couples or single items... It's not just Sam's Club, it's all outlets. consumers are getting less, but spending more. Sad really, but not unusual. The scan & go app is genius, but the Wi-Fi is fickle. Free samples are always fun. overall take... I love to shop there
