Sam's Club

Took a while to talk to someone at the tire center, had several people pass by me without asking if I needed help with anything. When I was helped, the service members were really nice in helping me and making sure I was taken care of if I had any questions.

Sam's always seems to be an 'easy' experience. Hardly ever a wait getting in, checking out with self check, or exiting the store (sometimes there's a slight backup here due to receipts being checked). Great 'instant savings' currently on Tide laundry pods and Cascade dishwasher pods. Kids snacks are usually a pretty good deal too. The store is clean and the staff is generally friendly.

I visited this Sam’s club for my very first time last week and the front end manager Pooja was ridiculously helpful. I have a hard time remembering when I got such good customer service. I just wanted to give her a shout out for going over and above!!! It’s because of people like her that ensure you will be shopping that store for a long time!!

Can’t say enough about scan and go. I always hated the lines at Sam’s Club but not having to wait behind 3 people that can’t find their credit card or didn’t have the courtesy to get their checkbook out of their pocket or purse much less fill out their signature and other generic fields before the three cart loads of items were checked out always made me want to leave my cart and pay more elsewhere. I can only say if you’re still waiting in the checkout line get the app, better yet don’t:) I don’t mind walking by a few more folks who don’t know better, just less people in line at the door!

Joe the manager and the crew at Tire Services were so lazy and noncompliance. My tires receipt showed warranty tread 2/32 then you can work on it and my 2 tires tread were almost 3/32 but they were so incompliance and ain't tryna do the work for rotate and balance early in the morning then tell you that they are not allow to work on it. Such a shame for being lazy. I went to Walmart, same company, they said they should have work on it. Then I went to different Sam's club and they have no issues with it. Clearly showed that Joe the manager and the 2 staff were being lazy and not trying to do the work. Wow. Not bringing my car back for services.

In general I never have a problem at this Sams club. It’s my go to. The employees are always friendly and I find what I need easily. Tonight 4/7/2023 I was there, and I went to the liquor store after to pick up a few drinks. The lady in there racially profiled me immediately. Every aisle I would go in, she would follow, and she wasn’t very discreet at staring at me. As I walked to the cash register she practically ran and jumped in front of my cart. She also eyed my pocket, which only held my small IPhone 11. How in the hell can I stuff a bottle into leggings? This made me very uncomfortable and annoyed. I am a paying customer, clearly with a cart full of groceries. I have no reason to steal a $12 bottle of Prosecco. **Management pay attention** That racist behavior shouldn’t be tolerated. I handled this situation with grace. If it ever happens again, not sure I will be as nice. She has brunette hair with thick plastic false eyelashes.

This is a nice sams club. friendly employees, great variety of meats and produce. Could of gave 5 stars. However, the person who served me a hotdog from the lunch counter handled money; then, without changing gloves or washing hands, proceeded to prepare my hotdogs with the same gloves contaminated with cash! It's not cool. Come on, sams club, get it together.

Nothing like biting into a half cooked rotisserie chicken drumstick. On further inspection it was all half cooked. Also bought sirloin at the same time. It was grisly and smelled and tasted horrible. Ruined a kbob night.

Scan and Go is the best! Worth getting app and bypass checkout lines to save time in store. Store very well stocked for items I needed.

I really like Sam's Club. I have the app for scan and go makes it so easy and the treats they have for dogs, the selection is tremendous
